Room was nice, bar stayed open late and had food, front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, bartender on 7/15 at closing was an absolute angel

Breakfast was not included. Was grateful they even had a lovely room as booking.com let me book several rooms at different hotels that night that upon arrival had no availability. I was exhausted and getting scared and spent hours running from hotel to hotel to discover that booking.com kept screwing me over and ended up spending $267 on a hotel room at a very nice hotel that could actually accommodate me because booking.com was so incompetent..

Clean facility, service dogs welcome, great area to walk around the hotel, businesses around the hotel were unique or familiar, parking was reasonably close to the entrance of the hotel, elevators are fast

Would appreciate microwave in the room, misleading booking.com listing when reserving room, was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast, outrageous prices for breakfast at the hotel restaurant

I was very surprised to learn that Marriott charged for wi-fi access. This is 2024, not 1999 I can go to almost any hotel or motel in the US and get free internet access - why should I have to pay for it at a luxury hotel? I understand that if I became a member or download the app it would be free, but why place that barrier. I'll have to have a long think before I make another Marriott booking.

Location is very close to a shopping plaza, room was fairly clean & bed was comfy. The view from the particular room I stayed was nice.

You have to pay extra for WiFi, which I disagree with. The bathroom of the room just needed a bit of extra cleaning - bought some cleaning supplies and have it an extra cleaning.

The minute I walked I'm. A young Indian man took great care of everything and called the room to make sure i vwqs happy the property was great. Great room . Very clean. Most motel beds are hard as bricks. I've had 4 major back surgeries and I slept Luke a new born. Marriott Abq uptown . Has made a loyal patron in me. I go to Dr. At Presbyterian hospital 6-8 × per year and have found a second home here. Thank you Bradley Sisneros.

I did nor dislike much of anything. I like to eat. Good well prepared food. Mario's Italian restaurant about 4 blocks fron the front door. Is my 3rd home now when in Abq. I will walk through fire to get some good old spaghetti and meat balls. My uncle Ed lives in Abq and took me there to eat when visiting his hone and I will go no where else. Bradley Sisneros9.

The location was very good, near malls, restaurants, etc. Everything was neat and clean and well maintained.

For the price, compared to other accommodations in the area, it lacked a rew important things. No breakfast, free wifi was not provided (only for Bonvoy members). No AAA discounts unless requested at time of booking and we booked on the road. No offer to explain the Marriott Bonvoy membership or offer to join.

The location right off the highway was convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Our shower constantly dropped onto the metal drain making a surprisingly loud noise that took us a bit to figure out. We put a folded washcloth on the drain to dampen the sound. The room has too much furniture in it for the size it’s a bit awkward. Also skip the hotel bar it’s extremely expensive and not great ($23 for two Coronas and I don’t know how). Go to one of the restaurants across the street if you need to.

The beds and staff we're amazing they were so respectful so kind they were there they're so helpful with every aspect of our stay I can't say we have had a better experience in our time and travels to Albuquerque this hotel is highly recommended by us and we will definitely stay here again

Not happy that I paid booking and they charged my to card not once but twice one is still pending and one actually charged and I can’t get them to refund my card without jumping through hoops. It has been 4 days and can’t get a hold of someone.

Relatively conveniently located, though twice the distance from my event from what my online booking indicated. No problem checking in a half hour before the official check-in time of
