Room was easy to get to, it was quiet clean and did not reek of cigarettes or pot which is a huge huge blessing... As I have stayed several places recently that did in other cities. I loved the cookies and the tea and coffee that was available 24/7. We did not get to take part of it but there was a pool.

The breakfast offerings the second day we're not as good as I had hoped... I wasn't real thrilled with the eggs however, everything else was wonderful.

The room was nice, very clean and quiet. There was a problem initially with the room not being ready even though I arrived later in the evening. The friendly, professional staff took care of the situation and gave me an acceptable solution which made up for any inconvenience involved.

Hotel and sign are not easily seen from street at night. I missed the entrance and had to drive around a bit before I could see where to go. My room was not ready for me when I arrived late evening. I realize things happen but tired travelers just want to rest and relax without drama. Also, the pool at the property was unavailable although they offered that guests could use the pool at the hotel nextdoor.

Nice Bathroom with a great shower, beds were comfortable. The Breakfast was wonderful, nice selection and plenty for anyone. I also liked the free coffee at check in. My favorite part was the morning staff - Jamie! Jamie is such a pleasant and positive person to meet early in the morning and the perfect last impression when leaving this hotel.

Most of staff I met, outside of Jamie, were not very customer oriented, and in fact, a room cleaner I came across in the hallway was on the unfriendly side. We were the first at 6am for Breakfast and the carpeted floor was a mess, not just old stains, but food on floor around tables. I would have rated hotel a 10 if day staff were just a bit more interested and kind, and if the dining room floor was not messy.

Front desk staff were very welcoming. Room was clean and the toiletries were nice. We said we didn't need housekeeping to come because we were only there for two nights, but our room was cleaned and beds made anyway. Hot breakfast had a nice range of options for those without special diet needs. Hotel was quiet and air conditioning worked well.

My husband has to avoid gluten, so he was quite limited in what he could eat from the hot breakfast. We didn't have high expectations for his breakfast choices in that setting, but he would have appreciated more fresh fruit options to round out his meal. Beds and bedding are probably ready to be refreshed. Not uncomfortable, but nothing luxurious.

Location, easy check-in, staff was very friendly and helpful. Check out was easy.

Parking was terrible! There should be a better place to put all of those connex boxes, taking up half the parking lot and construction vehicles taking up 6 spaces. The carpet in the room had a lot of stains, and the bathroom was covered in hair. I didn't call anyone to clean, I just didn't use the side of the room with the dark stains in the carpet, and I cleaned up the bathroom before I used it. The remote was disgusting, and sometimes, it worked. Sometimes, it didn't. Pool was closed! They should give a discount for the day if one of the ementaties isn't available during your stay. Price was a but high.

Beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, breakfast was really good, the pool was clean.

We had a small issue at check – in where they could see that we had reserved a room, but the system was telling them there were not any rooms available for us. It took the staff about 15 to 20 minutes to sort out, but they were able to get us all set up and were nice about it.

The room was perfect for a relaxing few days.The breakfast offered a variety of foods and were all delicious. The location allows us to travel to all the places we need to visit in a short amount of time.

I was surprised that there was no kitchen silverware or dishes. Our takeout did not come with silverware so we had to find some.

Nice size room, decent location (if you're driving), lots of parking. Rooms a bit dated but pretty clean.

Door didn't always lock properly and we could open it without the key half the time. Management were nice and did try to help but couldn't do much as it didn't happen every time. Always double check your door when leaving for the day folks!

Breakfast was good, lots of variety and very convenient. Bed and pillows were comfortable, easy to adjust the temperature. The shower and water pressure was good.

Just one odd thing about the room. The handle to open the cupboard door for the refrigerator was near the floor instead of the top of the cupboard. Lol, just unusual…

Very comfortable bed, the A/C and heating unit was very efficient, and the room was very spacious compared to other locations at which we've stayed. The price we got was GREAT for the value of the room.

Limited parking because of the storage containers lined up in the center of the parking lot. My wife found a dirty plastic fork on the floor in a corner as soon as we got there (otherwise, it was very clean room). The small refrigerator was not very cold (we have a similar one at home).
