Comfy bed.

They charged my card 3 times. I called and spoke with Angela. She advised me to give her 30 minutes. I called back after an hour for her to say she didn’t get time to look into it. I called back again and got no answer. No one has called me back or fixed the issue. This caused my account to be overdrawn and I can’t access funds. This is unacceptable. I’ve never had an issue calling a company about a charge and they not look into the issue IMMEDIATELY!! I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. And someone needs to call me back. Customer service is HORRIBLE

Nice and clean

Only thing when I booked it was a handicap room didn’t know that but I asked the front desk and the lady stated she could not change and accommodate another room which I felt like she could have . That’s just like if the air conditioning wasn’t working I would have to change rooms… but that was my only problem

Great location! We were in town for a family reunion. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the venue. The pool was the BEST! My grandboys and I enjoyed our time there.

The "hot" items for breakfast were cold. The waffle mix dispenser did not work; the batter did not pour from the spout. The front desk clerk had to take the dispenser apart to get the batter for us.

It was clean and the staff was accommodating. When we asked to switch rooms because the first one had a faint smell of smoke, they were very nice about it and took care of it right away.

They seem to be a little short staffed. The front desk did not always have someone there.

Really enjoyed king size non-smoking room on 1st floor near front desk. Easy access to breakfast and parking.

People are human; therefore, you're going to experience some bumps in the journey. Work together at accomplishing a final goal that can be appreciated by all involved allowing everyone to "shine."

Property was extremely clean. The staff was very attentive and exceptionally nice! Our favorite was Consuellea (not sure if I spelled that right?). Pool was very nice. Just a great stay.

The only thing I can really say is wifi was spotty at times, and it would be nice if there was seating out in front of the hotel to enjoy the nice evenings.

Room was a bit stuffy, and felt dated.

For me the bed was uncomfortable and more outside noise than I normally hear.
