I liked the service, clean room, and the secure feeling as I slept. The staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep in.

I DID NOT like paying for parking ( self parking $30 per night) if I'm parking my own car, it should be free.An incidental fee of $100, no microwave, only 1 wash rag, and the complimentary body soap smell favored a masculine man. All the fees you collect after stating the low price of the room. The room would have been less expensive had I gone through the TEAM rate. Make it more attractive by lowering the fees or the room.

It was close to the parade which made it ideal for what I needed it for.. I appreciated the later check out time so I didn’t have to rush out.

It was hard to find. I couldn’t see it from where I drove in. This made me have to circle around several times to get to it

The staff was great and the place couldn’t have been cleaner.

The mattresses on both beds were very uncomfortable, they needed to be flipped or replaced. They were worn making you slip to the middle of the bed.

Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would consider staying again if not every room is as transparent to the room next to it.

I could literally hear the couple talking at a normal volume, in the next room, as if they were in the same room as I. They heard us talking. We could hear each other so clearly that we carried a full conversation through the wall with the neighboring guests without having to be near the wall. Absolutely no privacy.

Location was excellent. While it was further from Independence Hall, it was still walkable and it was close to the art museum. Free pretzels in the afternoon on Friday!

Pillows were lacking.

Clean hotel, very friendly staff, the only thing that was weird to me was that they add gratuity to everything, even take away food. Valet parking very expensive, 60 dollars a night which is crazy: overall good stay.

NO HOT water for shower at night or 1st thing on Friday morning. I understand the Hotel was booked solid for Eagles Superbowl Parade, but hot water issues shouldn't be an issue.

Quiet and very clean

Lack of hot water however they did their best it Was dance convention week so I’m sure lots of people were showering at once but I kept losing my Hot water!

lounge area for Marriott Bonvoy lacked good food choices and drinks. Ongoing coffee and water would be ideal. maybe have this area more secured? code it off and make it more difficult for those who are not truly members to go in ? Please offer better, continuous food choices.

Clean room. Great location. Not too crowded.

Register in room knocked and was loud through the night. The faucet leaks all over the counter in bathroom. No option for face wash.
