The location was wonderful. We saved money on transportation because the hotel was in walking distance to all the fun places we visited. The room size was spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in our stay which was a wonderful bonus.

We did have to switch rooms because the AC was not working on the 1st night. The staff was so wonderful and made the switch. Upon entering the 2nd room it had sticky stuff on a small area of the carpet but I didn't want to relocate again. The cleaning staff never cleaned it before or after although I requested it.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at La Quinta Downtown New Orleans. However, what truly impressed me was the exceptional customer support I received even after my departure. Upon arriving home, I realized that I had accidentally left some clothes in the closet of my room. I immediately reached out to the hotel and was assisted by the manager, Mr. Carlos Harrison, and Mr. Darvonn Ingram. They promptly located my belongings and arranged for them to be shipped back to me. This level of service shows that the hotel staff goes above and beyond to assist guests not only during their stay but also after. I would definitely choose to stay at La Quinta Downtown New Orleans again in the future. Thank you Mr. Harrison and Mr. Ingram.

Hotel price doesn't include security deposit amount which is an additional 250.00 and doesn't tell you that there is no parking and you have to pay an additional 45.00 to 50.00 extra per night for parking which made it a lot less affordable. I didn't like these things

It was a nice clean place

Great location. Not expensive considering the location, a 5 minute walk to the casino in downtown New Orleans. Was in town for a concert and would definitely stay again. Cons: no late night places to eat within a half mile. Room service stopped at 11pm. They do not tell you that you have to pay $150 damage deposit, refunded a couple of days after the stay. I was prepared to spend $150, not $290 for our room. Also, the $30 resort fee you charge, honey, your 1. Not a resort 2. The pool is 10ft long, not a resort size pool. No spa. Oh, and breakfast, please. Typical cold continental breakfast. Complete non smoking hotel.

Excellent location, comfortable & well-equipped room, friendly and helpful staff

The limited breakfast choice thins out before 9AM. No detergent available for the washing machines. The adjacent parking garage is not cheap.

I was nervous about staying because I did not know much about the hotel. This place was super clean! So quiet and all my co workers complained about their 250 a night hotels because they were so noisy and not clean! Thank you so much! My only suggestion would be to make your micro market more conducive for travelers. There were no meals, no ice cream, no meds…I would have spent money in there had you had items available. Chips soda and water is minimum. The stafff was friendly and always upbeat! I always felt safe alone. Appreciate the stay!

Location. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was good. Was clean. Staff was helpful.

Extra fees and parking fees.

The breakfast was excellent. Nice that tea, coffee and cold water was available throughout the day. Beds comfy, micowave and fridge in the room was convenient. Pool was nice and clean. The location was perfect for me.

There was no soap in my bathroom and it was late and I was tired so couldn’t get any until the next day. I had to go down 6 floors to get ice which was annoying. One of the elevators was not always working and was a bit scary when the doors got stuck.

I love the location. Close enough to downtown but away enough for quite time. The staff is friendly and has a readiness to help you! Great options for breakfast as well. The whole vibe of he hotel is really relaxing but you feel ready to go Conquer the city! We got there early and they let us check in early as well and we were so thankful for that from driving all night. Will definitely stay here again, it may be the only place we ever stay while we vist Nola.

Absolutely nothing, loved everything

Gated property (location), steady text messages before and after visits, breakfast, routine room and bed cleaning, Infused Water Dispenser (with different fruits - papaya/pineapples/cucumbers), proximity to downtown Houston and League city areas, proximity to fast food and restaurants, proximity to gas stations/grocery stores.

First floor was noisy (noisy neighbors), no private/personal access to the gym facility (access only through the front desk), property (room(s) on first floor) may just require renovation.
