Please write this review Staying at Clarion Inn & Suites was a wonderful experience! The manager was absolutely lovely and provided outstanding customer service. After missing my flight and arriving a day late, she promptly coordinated with the third-party booking service and ensured my reservation was adjusted to my new arrival date. I had initially called on short notice and spoke with Dewayn, who was exceptional—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Both the manager and Dewayn went above and beyond to assist me, making the process seamless. I’ve already booked the hotel again for this week, this time for my family and me. I can’t wait to return—thank you so much!

Value for money

The front desk person was absolutely delightful and made the stay relaxing and comfortable. Don't recall her name, but she worked early afternoon. Dark haired lady, a bit of an accent, just a warm, and wonderful, hospitable person. She had a bit of an accent, but not sure of her name. Perhaps in her 40's.... just a great experience.

The on-site restaurant leaves a lot to be desired.... but it's on site, so there is that...

I liked the overall interior appearance of the hotel, and the fact that it had transportation to dfw airport with no additional cost. Plus free parking was great too.

I didn't like that there was a small van to pick up everyone heading to dfw airport, there needs to be a van for each hotel alone instead of going from one hotel to the next and squeezing us all in.

The pool room was closed the entire time & they didn’t offer or give anything off on the bill nor anything for the inconvenience when the pool room was the main reason I chose this hotel & I’m from out of state, that part was very disappointing. Also their was only coffee for breakfast there wasn’t a free breakfast at all! Misleading!

The convenience of flying out of DFW. The airport shuttle service and ability to park my car there is the best service ever. This Clarion takes the stress out of parking and traveling out of DFW. Also, the Bistro is convenient and nice to eat without leaving the hotel. I stay here every time!

I have stayed here multiple times and have not found anything to not like.

The night shift worker, Dwayne, is a top notch employee. He went above & beyond in the customer service department!! Employees like him are very rare these days, take care of that guy!

It was like a maze to get to our room from outside of the building. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!

I was flying from overseas and decided to stay over in DFW before heading home. Clarion DFW North was close and offered a shuttle which was most helpful. The staff was friendly and courteous and their restaserved good food.

Room was warm when I entered. Took a bit to cool off.

Bar, breakfast(not included) but available, cold water. Travel brochures. It was clean. A little outdated but well kept. For the price can’t complain.

Parking! No parking was left after 10 pm only in the back of hotel. But completely dark back there so a little unsafe.

Very friendly front desk and shuttle. Clean rooms, newly remodeled.

Dining room was thru a massive maize and was really small. Good food and service for dinner but the room is really sterile. Most of the plugs were inoperable in the room for charging phones etc

I called the hotel upon arrival at the airport and the staff provided clear directions to find the shuttle service. She then alerted the driver who waited a few minutes for us to get there. Great shuttle service. Friendly helpful staff.
