The location was phenomenal but the facility does not compare to the tons of other hotels within proximity. It was close to interstate, tons of places to eat and a Mall.

Now when searching for a hotel, we did not select the cheapest or even the 2nd to cheapest. To see what we got for the rate we did ; we were not as pleased. There was wallpaper tearing in the lobby, curtains in the room was stained, the comforter was stained, towels in room were stained as well- see common theme? Stained and not well representation of the organization and of it was a representation-plz put effort to do better. You have great traffic in this area. People want to come in a place that is pleasing to their eyesight as they are with the price

The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast. Used to have milk, juices, and a variety of things to choose from. This time, the staff was slow making coffee and putting out the eggs, etc. Lucky to get a whole cup of coffee or milk for the cereal. When they did put anything out, it was like 5 bananas, 3 or 4 muffins . Then that's all they had even though it was very early in the morning. They need to order their products and stock them to put out because in their advertisements they show pictures of all the food and products they have.

I was greeted well Once I arrived at the property. I had very nice and warming greetings as I moved through the property, the breakfast excellent.

The breakfast was excellent, just that breakfast starts at 6:30a.m. I got got down stairs for breakfast at 7a.m. and the lady was just all , just putting breakfast out. The second morning there was nothing out she's just taking her time again putting everything out and again in the way.

The breakfast was actually pretty good! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Nothing really, I thought I had booked a different hotel, didn’t realize I had booked a 2 star hotel, so for what it was everything was excellent!

Leslie who ran the breakfast area was ahmazzzzing! She worked hard to make everyone happy and she clearly loves her job. Pls find a way to recognize her for an outstanding employee. Constantly smiling and so pleasant as she worked so hard,truly dedicated.

Very clean and quite rooms and buildings.

Only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast they ran out of scrambled eggs, sausage was cold, ran out of muffins, bagels only ones there had onions on them. Did notice housekeepings kids was eating all they wanted, then was following their moms in peoples rooms. We stopped them before they could go in our room.

It was convenient to restaurants and attractions.It was clean and plenty of parking. Our room was clean and spacious bathroom. The toilet paper holder was in an inconvenient place and you had to reach behind you to get to the toilet paper. The staff were friendly.

All the ice machines were out of order

Breakfast selection was OK. The area was clean (always a plus).

Night manager and a customer parked in the turn around (accross on the far side). It made it a K turn to get to parking. when I commented on it, the manager stated one of the vehicles was his. He didn't move it.

The most likable thing about my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites is that its environment felt more like home!

The property was well maintained, quiet and cozy!

The night time clerk provided excellent customer service. She was very kind, friendly, and seemed happy to help. The breakfast was so good! Plenty of options and staff on hand helpful. Very pleased.
