The front desk employee, Mark, was extremely helpful.Our debit card was charged twice, and he was prompt with resolving the matter. He was gracious enough to give us free parking for the inconvenience. The hotel was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom took the room to the next level. The design and decor were timeless. Exceptionally clean rooms and bathrooms. You were able to hear the planes overhead, which matched the theme of the hotel precisely. We have already booked our next stay in the month of September. The ambiance was classic and rich. We have stated many hotels in Nashville, and this is by far the best experience that we have had to date

The front desk service was excellent—friendly, efficient, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, well-presented, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable — just a few minutes away from the airport, making it super convenient for quick in-and-out trips. One of the best parts was the incredible view of planes landing on the runway, which added a unique and enjoyable touch to the experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and inviting.

Parking was $10/night but was aware of it before I booked.

Very clean. We stayed here so our little one could watch the planes! It was amazing. Seen lot complain about noise of plans but we heard just few and wasn’t bad all. Will definitely be back.

We liked everything about this places. I wasn’t happy had pay additional for parking really feel that should be included with ur stay. They do charge additional 75 deposit in case of damages. It comes back to card pretty quickly though. They have my card wish they only charge if they found damages.

I liked the hotel itself and my room was nice! I was a little skeptical about the location at first because I didn't realize how close the planes are to the hotel, when taking off. When you're outside it's very loud and scary how close it seems to be. However, in the room I couldn't hear it much at all.

I had to pay $10 a night for parking and the first night I couldn't find a parking spot by the hotel. I called the front desk and was told that it's a shared property with Avid and you park in both parking lots. I didn't really like that because we had to walk farther.

It was modern and very clean. Staff was knowledgeable and answered questions thoroughly. Loved the fact that there was laminate flooring in the rooms! Extended parking on the property was convenient. Uses a third party as shuttle service & that was easy to arrange & half the cost of airport parking. Driver was cheerful and very nice for such an early morning drive.

The noise from the planes coming & going was the only thing negative about our stay. That does stop around 11pm because of the flight schedules. If your a heavy sleeper than you may be fine. I totally recommend bringing earplugs if you want a restful night sleep and go to bed early.

Checking in. People NOT pleasant or courteous. Bad up front experience. Rude, did not explain what I was being charged for and why. Did not explain facilities, such as where elevators were located, what was available, such as pool, etc .. just plain rude and uncaring. Not what should be when checking into a nice hotel. Plus had to pay to park in a over crowded parking lot.

We loved the size of the room, the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the entire facility, kindness of the staff, view of the airplanes coming and going and price for our stay. I had been eyeing a few properties and this one showed up my last look. It was considerably less in cost, but had all we needed for the stay. It worked out perfectly, because the staff gave us extra sheets and comforter. We turned the seeting area/ couch into a bed for our 9 and 7 year olds. They traded nights sleeping on their "own bed". The pool area looked awesome, but it was 64⁰ and rainy the time we were there. I would recommend staying here and we will stay here again when visiting family. I like that it's tucked away and not easily accessible to anyone, only those staying on property.

Parking near the door and elevators was difficult. If it hadn't been raining the entire time, we wouldn't have minded the walk around to the front. Each night, someone staying near us was smoking cigarettes. It made our room and the hallway smell awful. It'a a non smoking facility and the staff were quick to take care of it. That guest just seemed not to care.

First time at this hotel, and it did not disappoint! I have no complaint! See were greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival. The facilities are unique and charming. Facility was very clean. Workout room was fabulous. It was up to date, spacious, clean. Loved that it overlooked the guitar pool area. Loved the bar and dining areas. Was great for location. We were visiting my daughter at Belmont and didn’t want to overpay for downtown accommodations. This hotel was perfect, in that it wasn’t so far away to be inconvenient. But it was far enough away we were not in traffic everywhere. We had a little problem with out tv screen. We tried to fix it, but wasn’t able to. We let the front desk know. They came right up and fixed it for us. I loved the bathroom and the amenities within. It’s kinky, but I liked the Bluetooth musical mirror. 😊. It was a nice little touch. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back next month.

An absolutely excellent airport hotel. The pick up point is only a couple hundred metres from the lower floor exit at Arrivals and shuttle service arrived 10 min after calling the front desk, no pre-booking, with a roughly 8 min drive which was heaven for a long distance traveler arriving late in the evening.

Not a genuine gripe at all but be aware some of the deserts on the restaurant menu need a size warning. That Blondie'd have served six XD Yes, it was absolutely delicious, no I only managed to finish a third and that even though I'd had only two airplane meals in the last 30h.

Good breakfasts and dinners, very interesting choice in the bar, clean and quiet (except when a plane was coming = you could hear it inside the room, but at night it was not a problem for me). I didn't have a chance to check out the pool or the gym. There was an ice machine in the hallway. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport (very fast, in less than 15 minutes you are transported from the hotel to the terminal) the car was big enough for about 12 people at a time, but when I went, we were only 2 + driver so the small number of people is not a problem.
