Everything was perfect for the stay. Just minor mishaps but nothing that couldn’t have been prepared for.

Nothing was listed that the pool was closed for maintenance , no vending machines but they did have a sweet shop that you had to go thru the front desk to purchase. No microwave in room was a hit you had to go to the receptionist desk area to heat up food. The bathroom breaker kept flipping especially when you’d turn both the fan and the light on at the same time. Had to pee in the dark a few times.

Breakfast was great! Liked the Omlettee option!

Was dissapointed to find that the air conditioning was out in our room. You should never book a room with an issue like this. I was overall happy when we got moved and upgraded for free! It was inconvenient to have to move at 11:00 pm. We were tired. Overall, the upgrade made up for the inconvenience.

Clean, beautiful hotel, not too far from Nashville! Lots of great shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There is a nice pool.

The breakfast seemed rather basic for such a large hotel. It was a busy morning, and the breakfast ran out. The staff seemed too busy to deal with it. Probably they were understaffed, but the response seemed rude.

Good food at breakfast. Rooms are a good size. Location is really good. Friendly staff.

More wash clothes in the room and small garage bags, so we can empty trash more often.

did not get any breakfast. when me and my son went down at 830am to eat the breakfast it was completely whipped out other than cereal. even the coffee was empty

did not like getting a king room instead of the 2 queen beds i had booked. so me and my 18yr old son had to sleep in the same bed.

They didn't give ne a room with a microwave and my booking stated that my room would have one.When I questioned it I was told it happens all the time if you don't book directly through the hotel other than that everything was amazing

The breakfast was more than adequate with several options to choose from.

The exhaust fan in our bathroom wasn't working so it was a bit muggy in our room.

I really appreciate the suite layout with separate vanity from the shower for my family of five.

The pull out mattress needs replacing. The breakfast was meh- nothing against local staff. Hampton overall can improve the food quality.
