I spent 10 days at this hotel. Highly recommended for families of all sizes. Safe neighborhood. The rooms are big and clean. The location is great and you are close to many places. At the doorstep is Starbuck and Liberty station restaurant. Parking on site. Housekeeping is good, and the rooms have all the amenities you need. The gym and the swimming pool are also good. Check-in and check-out were so smooth.

Breakfast is the only downside at this hotel. Not much of a chooses.

Beautiful hotel room, spacious and relaxing. I loved the kitchenette area, even provided silverware, knives, cutting board, plates, and cups. Comfortable bed and couch with an ottoman and plenty of end tables. Large smart tv.

Not completely soundproof. I could definitely hear the person above walking (sounded like stomping) around. But I never heard noises from the hallway or from the occupied rooms beside me.

Easy access to many locations and to the family we were visiting. Very spacious room

Lots of noise early and late from toddlers to teens. Rowdy teens in the swimming pool—loud and doing ‘cannonballs’ into pool. Pre teen group throwing balls at each other as hard as they could and very loud. Parents just watched

I liked it all!! The staff are terrific. Gregory really went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything. The rooms were very, very clean and welcoming and I really felt comfortable. I was here for an extended period of time and it was like being at home.

I would suggest more handicapped parking

Breakfast was good for a free breakfast! Staff were informative about the area. It was a little bit away from the downtown area so it felt very safe! Pool was cleaner than most hotels in my experience. Great kitchen for a longer stay. large room very clean.

pillows weren’t comfy not a deal breaker just maybe bring your own!

staff was very friendly and helpful. overall the building was clean. Breakfast was good

being picky, but i wish the pillows were firmer and that someone had noticed the sharpie written on the bathroom door frame and the water pressure in the sink came out sideways so i got soaked trying to wash my hands.

Great location for us as we have several relatives in the area. It was good for our dogs, the breakfast was good, plenty of room in the room itself and supplied with dishes and silverware so when we ordered takeout it was easy. I would stay there again. Park for walking dogs just a few blocks away

Dog walking area a little hard to access in the snow but not a big deal. We managed, wish other folks picked up, there were bags and disposal right there.

Everything was great. Our room was spacious and quiet. I didn’t eat the breakfast but my partner said it was good. I did use the gym which was very well equipped and clean. They had some treats and information about local dog parks for our dog.

A fenced area for dogs would have been nice as the property is right by the Beltline. (We kept our dog leashed, of course.)

Location was perfect for easy access to everything in Madison. Extremely central and easy to get in/out of. The staff were nice and greeted us at check-in.

Maybe allow some of the Diamond parking spaces to be available during specific hours to any Hilton Rewards member.

It is close to MOA and a free shuttle to the mall. It also had a decent hot free breakfast.

The shuttle left on time but to come back and pick you up from the mall was a little less reliable. they say the shuttle comes every 30 minutes however the shuttle driver has to stop at at least one other hotel and sometimes has to do double duty making the reliability of pickup not so great. They will come get you but just don’t count on every 30 minutes. we had to wait 50 minutes to get back on the shuttle to get back to the hotel
