Very nice suite with plenty of amenities and nice large bathroom. Breakfast was decent. A bit crowded and they staff was working hard to get enough plates and utensils out. Seems like they could have used a couple more people to help out. Pool wasn't usable which was a bummer but the kids enjoyed the hot tub and small basketball court.

Had to pay for parking. Seems odd being in the middle of nowhere, where there was plenty of space.

Rooms are great. Very nice layout. Good kitchen space, great seperate work area if having to conduct some business. Badroom and pathroom clean and spacious.

Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. Breakfast was ok not great. They could do better in that area compared to other hotels

Room layout is very nice for relaxing as well as doing business related work with large counterspace for laptop and laying down documents. Very few places have room for both. kitchens are large compared to most hotels.

Took my son to look at WSU. GREAT location for that purpose. Very modern hotel. Rooms and lobby area were very nice.

The shower water temp was warm at best. Would have loved for it to be a little warmer. But literally that was the worst thing about the property.

Room had kitchen so I was able to make own special diet food.

Room was over pool with no view. However I was not there much so I was fine with it. Especially considering the lower price. I would take it again for the price

Breakfast was average; some less expensive Pullman hotels offer more choices and better tasting food. Beware I was charged more than the Booking.com price. When I enquired the staff were unsure why but said it would correct itself after checkout - it did not.

Great, if you are not staying during cougar football! The time we got a room in the corner, and I felt a little like a jail cell with only a tiny window facing the wall. We had our dog wondering if that’s why we got stuck in this room?

Breakfast was a typical free, hotel breakfast. It was enough to get us on our way. Loved the location. Quiet and away from any activity on campus. nice to be able to kick back and have a drink and appetizer type food in the lobby, fireplace and all!

The bed is comfortable. The room is quiet and there’s high-speed Internet.

YouTube and Netflix should be available. It’s on the TV, but you cannot access them.

The breakfast could have been better. They need to keep the food hotter in the serving trays, e.g., higher temp on steamers.
