Had what I was looking for, very comfortable bed and pillows. Had refrigerator and all needed for shower. Very quite area. Breakfast was ok for me, not fancy but ok. A/C was great, cannot ask more for the price. Good water pressure.

It is under renovation. Outside doors were kept open, electronic device broken. Hall carpets very dirty because of renovation. A lot of appliances storage in the breakfast room. There are no handles in the shower nor any soap dish or anything to place the soap and the shampoo.

Property is going through some renovations but it was quiet , close to the highways and easy to find. The staff was very welcoming , kind , loving and sweet . We was here for three weeks and had no major issues at all . Parking lot was close to entrance for our room . Housekeeping did an amazing job with cleaning of room . Everyone was friendly .

The only thing was the bathroom wasn’t as clean but we cleaned it ourselves and it was amazing . Breakfast was uniquely different . Not many options for Americans to choose from .

We arrived they made sure we we had everything. The front desk receptionist made sure we paid for the room before they booked. The breakfast was amazing great team. They made sure the food was hot and ready.

The cable didn't work majority of the time. They didn't try to give me clean towels after I ask for some. But it's their job to make sure clean towels are present. Towels are a big part to me.

The pool area was really relaxing to look at after the sun went down sitting from our balcony. The master suite was nice & the bed was very comfortable even with 4 people.

The fact their was hair in the regular king room and they told us that they would come change the sheets and even went down to the front desk to get some clean sheets the second evening when we returned from town and realized they still hadn’t been changed but they didn’t have any available. He said he would send someone up then but they never did so both nights the kids stayed with us in our room. It was a waste of money but I’m not going to make my kids sleep in a bed that the sheets have obviously not been changed or there’s no way pubic hair would have been in the bed.

The owners of the property have only had it a few months but they are making wonderful changes to the property. They where working hard on the common area where breakfast is served and it got an almost a complete make over while we were there. They hosted a wedding, a birthday and two proms while we were there, and you could not have convinced me that the place would be ready for that from Thursday to Saturday, but their staff pulled it off.

They are in the middle of a major renovation to the property, so it is not that we didn't like it, as I had seen it in the reviews already, just know they are working daily to make it better and speaking with the manager and the staff, it will be beautiful when they get it done. They are working on guest rooms first, so hallways are clean but worn. It was a great stay!

Price point was correct for the room we got. This hotel appears to be in the process of a make over. So you have to expect some things to be not perfect. However that being said, it was clearly nicer that other places I have stayed near this location. Staff was exceptionally friendly, offered advice as to where to dine, etc. Room was clean and smelled fine, none of the "pot" smell I have experienced in some of my recent visits in this area. Bottom line is I would stay there again, I felt welcomed and appreciated by the staff and slept safe and secure.

The hair dryer did not work as expected, but again things happen. We were at last minute and did not have any options. Hotel staff confirmed the troubleshooting steps I had take with the ground fault outlet and 2nd safety ground fault on the hair dryer. He was very apologetic but really there was nothing either of us could have done. These things happen.

The rooms were clean, not a lot of noise from other guests. Convenient location to Savanna and Tybee without dealing with a crowded area.

The free breakfast wasn't all that. Some eggs a waffle maker few choices of cereal, some juice and a coffee decanter. Coffee wasn't that great either.

Extremely clean, friendly staff (possibly family owned/operated), convenient. Full breakfast included in price of room, quiet night’s sleep with a fully packed hotel over Memorial Day weekend.

These things don’t bother me but they might bother others… strong food odor (possibly curry?) near staircase room heading down to breakfast area, place is clearly being renovated, in need of an update—but again these items didn’t bother me personally. I’m still very happy with the pros of the room being clean, staff being nice, and breakfast included in room price.

Loved the stay! My partner was more critical than I was but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Imran was a great front desk agent as I had to book a separate day and he made the process super easy for me. The bed was comfy. The shower was hot and powerful (there was some rust on the back of the shower head but it didn't bother me). I missed out on breakfast but the smell was amazing! It's close enough to downtown Savannah to where it was a minor travel and easy on my family. I will be returning for sure!!!
