The staff in the front desk Mohammad/Ahmad was given us a great help and making our request as easy as possible. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean.

The conections with the metro and buses are difficult there. The first metro station is about 15 min walking from there.

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and the staff truly made all the difference. Chris and Throphie went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, Chris made check-in a breeze, and during our unexpected flight cancellation, he graciously offered us a fantastic deal for an additional night, which we greatly appreciated. Throphie was equally amazing, assisting us with our bags and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly valued as guests. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and hospitality!

Room could have been better

The hotel is in a decent location, a 25-minute walk from the nearest metro station and 20 minutes from the beach access. The apartments are well-equipped and clean, with great appreciation for the housekeeping staff. The reception staff is exceptionally kind and always ready to assist. Breakfast must be ordered in advance but does not justify the price of 60 AED. Nearby, there are shops and restaurants offering a wider selection at more reasonable prices.

Our stay in Barcelo Residence was amazing and an exceptional experience. The staff were very kind, helpful and very accomodating. Special mention to Dennis and Perry from the main reception The accomodation is very spacious, clean and is suitable to our family. The rooms were huge and beds were very comfortable. Pool facilities were perfect for relaxation after a busy day and we were assisted by the kind pool attendant. The location is perfect and just a few minutes walk away from JBR beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Marina mall is only few minutes away by taxi which is a bonus. I will definitely return here if we have the chance to visit Dubai again. I will highly recommend this place, it's like a home away from home.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Firstly, I would like to thank for paying attention to our requests. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Secondly, this part of Marina is good, close to public beach, Barasti beach, restaurants and stores. Swimming pool is good.

There are a lot of construction works all around, but this is not the hotel fault. Apartments are large and comfortable, but need renovation. Some furniture are new, but general condition of bathrooms, wc, kitchen, walls, floor etc indeed to be renovated.

1. VIEW from apartment 3905 (39th floor) is fabulous. That balcony is the best part 2. Location of the building is great right on Marina which makes it challenging to catch a taxi on weekends and rush hours 3. Kitchen is fully equipped with big new oven and all accessories (including kettle, nespresso coffee machine, toaster) 4. It’s a HOTEL concept apartment with daily cleaning and changing towels, replenishing tea/coffee, making up your bed and so on (make sure you put Do not disturb sign outside the door if you don’t require such a services)

1. Decoration is very poor, just simple necessary things are there, white walls 2 Check in at 15.00 and check out at 12.00 are NOT flexible at all, only with extra charge and due to availability 3. Deposit is 500 dirhams ( cash or card up to you) 4. Feels a bit overpriced for one bedroom with balcony but I might just be catching a high demand season
