I booked two rooms, for me and my son. Both rooms were large, with nice views. Impeccabley clean and smelt nice.. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. Toiletries were also good quality. They also allowed us early check in. Breakfast was the same every morning but had a variety. Special thanks to Hamza who picked us up from the airport and also was available anytime to answer any questions we had. The pool was nice and felt private...although the water was a little warm as it was indoor pool Overall it was a lovely stay. The staff made it nice 🙂

Was a bit further away from larger shops and old town if walking and not great restaurants nearby where there was a variety to choose from. Had to catch a tram but the tram stop was very close by so had no problems getting around. Would have preferred different dishes for the hot food at breakfast.

The reception staff were really amazing. They were always very accommodating. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the metro which takes you around most of Sarajevo. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Čaršije, but only a 8 min metro ride to there. The beds are very comfortable and big. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The only thing I could fault them on is that the curtains and carpets are a bit dated. Free bottled water in the rooms. Nice toiletries. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The television had enough channels to cover everyone’s tastes. This hotel is halal so there is no alcohol. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again to all the reception staff. Size of the room, comfortable bed, very clean

It came really close to give this hotel a grade 1 but thanks to the helpful staff it is an 8. Avoid rooms from floor 10 and above. I got the room on 11th floor and had problem sleeping since there was a loud buzzing sound. Called reception desk to ask what is it and they told me it is AC unit on the roof of the building (14th floor) and there is nothing they can do with the sound, but they offered me to change to a more quiet room. So thanks to them I got a few hour of sleep

Breakfast was excellent and Hana at reception desk (my date of arrival) was very professional and friendly. Hotel is well located with close distance to airport and city centre.

Coffee machine should be changed (quality of the coffee was good, but speed is very slow). At the date of departure my request to have printed version of the invoice was rejected. However, booking.com confirmation stated very clearly: A valid invoice for tax purposes can only be issued by the property!! Taxi service offered by the hotel was pretty poor: car was on taxi spot, not in front of the hotel; driver did not use meter machine and took 30 BAM, just out of my and colleague hands.

The location was great. The stuff at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was big and delicious. Also there was a young man at the breakfast restaurant who was very friendly and a middle aged lady who worked in the spa.

The restaurant didn’t serve us good food, and when we said that it wasn’t good, the waiter didn’t make any effort to change something. The spa isn’t well designed for women and I haven’t felt comfortable relaxing there. It’s a pity because it would have so much potential.

Our original accommodation plans were cancelled at short notice by the host / owner the night prior to us staying. We booked Movenpick as a safe alternative choice for a two night stay. We arrived early and were given an early check in and a complementary upgrade - perfect start. The room was great, spacious, clean with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam. Excellent breakfast. Great location for tram / bus to access old town within a few minutes. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and would stay again should we be in Sarajevo.

Great location, fantastic view from our room of the town and the river. The lift was different but great too, dialling the floor and then the lift telling you which one to take and going straight up was fantastic, no stopping on other floors. The staff were great. The room was bigger than I thought and the bathroom was pretty much the same size as the main room. Largest I'd stayed in on any city break I've done. All very clean. On checkout, my husband and I decided we were going to get a taxi instead of the bus, to the airport. I asked where we can walk to but the receptionist ordered it instead, which was brilliant, especially after 4 days of walking. We will be back in the future and will look at staying here again.

The only let down for us was the pillows. They were extremely soft and it felt like we were laying directly onto the mattress.

Mövenpick is the best choice at this moment in Sarajevo, highly recommend it. My job trip was better with them, even on the beginning they decided to give me a better room. Girl on reception was very kind and helpful, other worker's also very professional. Room was clean and spacious with everything you need, but I like great bethroom and everything inside with beautiful wiev on the Sarajevo. I like the amazing pool they have, watter was ideal for swimming. Also little gym is well enough equipment for the most activities. Location is great, near famous Vilsonovo šetalište so if time outside is nice don't miss a chance to running, walking and relaxing too. Mövenpick is really 4 star hotel in world class, there is many other's thing's like big conference room, spa, normal restourant and so on ...

There's no big minus from me, but I think that noises between some parts of bethroom and other rooms should be better, also breakfast is OK and fresh but should be on higher level.
