The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a bus stop just in front of the building. The lady at the reception was very polite and friendly. The hotel is perfect for one or two nights. There is a kettle and toiletries, which is so helpful.

The room needs some refurbishment. The hot water pressure was low however this might be due to a rush hour.

Super spacious room. Even too much for individual guest, but would be comfy for a family for sure. Big kitchen with loads of kitchenware. Overally, a lot of space for cooking, big fridge. Big comfortable bed, there is a place to work in the bedroom. Clean and cozy bathroom. Also, there is access to very secure parking on the -1 floor.

The floor of the room was not very clean. Too many windows, since the room faces a road, it could be an issue for those who need lengthy rest and sleep.

the bus station was 2 minutes away. the travel to GM Metro station by bus is only 5 minutes. it is in a somewhat of a quiet place, the street is busy but you can’t hear it

the bed had 2 mattresses that were moving through the night

Room size, furniture and overall atmosphere. It was clean and well stocked with everything needed for my stay.

The air conditioner was barely working. The day was hot and after 5-6 hours of working the room was still pretty hot. Also, I made a request for baby crib and was told that cannot be provided a day after I made non-refundable reservation.

For the money I paod it was great. Receptionist Irina is very nice and polite. I got refils every day of coffee and shampoo.

Location is ok, but not very good connected with center. It wasn't clean floor below bed. When I come on check in, in front of me was lady who made reservation, but aparthotel had overbooking. Second night on the hall were drunk guy, making mess, but police come.

Aparthotel is a convenient idea. we arrived really late, but there was a person to meet us at the reception. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped, even with toiletries and some tea and coffee. there was linens for the third person next to the couch in the living room.

The unfolding couch was almost impossible to slip on. When unfolded, there was a hard board right in the middle. The leftover spaces on both sides of this board were way too narrow. The coffee was instant. I would prefer ground coffee and at least a French press.

Friendly and very helpful staff, good location, large clean rooms.

Shower area drain needs unclogging, you end up with a lake in your bathroom after a few minutes under the shower. Also the hotel is next to a busy and noisy boulevard.

I liked the location, the staff, the value for money and the overall comfort.

The only thing that was not okay was the lock on the bathroom door - it was basically missing and the door could not completely close or lock. Everything else was perfect.
