Very good location, very clean and comfortable, nice size room and a good breakfast (not very varied, but good). Definitely good value for money for the city and the location. Very helpful staff as well.

We had issues paying with our visa debit (apparently the card machine would only accept debit cards from Chile), which is strange because we used it everywhere else in Santiago without any problems. We had to go out and withdraw cash and then exchange it for dollars, which incurred extra fees and waste of time. Maybe the hotel should update their card machine or make it clear in the listing on booking that only CREDIT cards are accepted.

The bedroom is spacious, with a small kitchen. Breakfast was very good, with many options, a good coffee machine, fruits and cereals. Everything was nice and clean. The hotel employees were also very kind and helpful.

Despite having a small kitchen with a small electric stove, no kitchenware was provided, so I could not use it to make tee, for instance. The bathroom is a bit too small for me. The shower head is too small and cannot maintain a constant temperature; it continuously varies from too cold to too hot in a few seconds. It was functional, but not the most pleasurable bath.

Very good breakfast, lots of choices, (maybe some milk put out for those that like it in tea instead of having to ask every day,)croissants looked unappetising but baguette beautifully warm. Good scrambled eggs, avocado usual meat/cheese, juice, fruit, etc Location to several restaurants, MUT diverse mall, quiet, roomy, helpful staff

The lighting!! No central light and muted bedside lamps or best one over the sink. Very difficult to read things as in the afternoon my room had lost the sun.

I little the staff were very amicable and respectful. The place was very close to main shopping area, restaurant and coffee places and close to motorhome that take you to the airport.

I dont have too much light in the room, maybe i need to required a better lamp, but beside of that is a confortable place, easy to arrive and easy to walk away.

Everything was to a good standard at this price. Nice area for breakfast.

We had a mix up where my laundry (which I had had cleaned nearby) was collected by the hotel for cleaning, despite being obviously freshly laundered. This required a late night detective game with the member of staff on the front desk at 1am (I was checking out very early). But the issue was resolved in good humour and the staff were extremely helpful in resolving this mix-up. I should also add that the head of housekeeping answered his or her phone late at night had actually managed to get the clothes cleaned before checkout. With better communication (and clothes that actually needed laundering) this would have been great service. Bring pristine US dollar bills or s credit card if you are not a Chilean resident, else you will pay taxes. Pristine.

Staff are excellent and responsive. Everything we asked for they either did or tried to do. Breakfast good and dining area nice with a pleasant garden. Beds comfortable and room clean. Reasonably quiet.

The rooms and bathrooms need to be refurbished. No plugs in any sink: bathroom or kitchen area. No kettle. No Microwave. Kitchenette useless as no utensils or washing up things. There was crockery.

Breakfast simple and good. Location is very good. Rooms Spacy and Clean.

WiFi is terrible. Information about adding tax to payments not done by Credit Card should be more visible at the time of booking.

The hotel is located at a very prime location. Easily accessible to stores and walking distance to bars, cafes, money exchange, metro and even the Costa Nera mall.

Breakfast was good but the same everyday.... becomes very annoying if you are staying for a longer duration.

The hotel is situated in the center of the city close to good restaurants and the metro. Stays close to multiple sightseen. The room is very spacious, and has a small kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and other stuffs. and the bathroom was good.

Rather older facilities. No minibar although they publish the room with it. Also no iron. Later they brought these items to me.
