The temperature controller hardly works. We were present in summer, and it got pretty uncomfortable at times as it just blows out air, not cold, even if you set it to be. Parking is very very expensive, considering the parking lot itself. Not worth it. Room service leaves a lot to improve upon. We were said rooms are cleaned every 4th night, which is fine. Taking out trash bins and replacing toilet paper should be done everyday which we asked to be noted down during check in. However, even after that, we had to call reception and room service every 2 nights for the same. The staff picks up phone calls after evening with a voice tone as if you are disturbing them, and they are doing a favor by just picking up the call.

There is a "welcome-corner" where you can have mineral water, some fruit and some snack by arriving, I find it a really nice gesture, and it does not cost a lot of money. Too bad that less and less hotel does this nowadays. The bed was super comfortable, just the right mattress firmness. Breakfast was also faboulous, almost unlimited choice, great coffee. You can choose your own room on a website by checking in where you can see the layout of the hotel. The garage is bright and the spaces are big enough for nowadays SUVs also.

There were traces of liquid on the armchair, the table lamp cover was missing, the bathroom drain smelt. The hotel also has a "mini-store" where you can pay by card 7/24, but the prices were way too high. I mean, 5 eur for a Bitburger is way too much. If it worked with a slightly lower margin, I would have even tried it.

The location was great, you just have to go outside and there is public transport that will send you to the city center easily. There was enough space in the room and bathroom. There was good A/C.

The bed was hard and i had back pain during the day from having slept in that bed.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and well cleaned, the little self-service shop in the lobby had all sorts of travel essentials and also drinks and snacks which was incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet was also very nice, offered everything we needed to kickstart our day. The on-site parking garage was nice too, with a motion-sensor controlled lighting system and sufficient space.

Since the hotel is situated right by a busy road, there are no spots in front of the hotel for cars to stop (only three spots for taxis, which was full when we came to check-in). Coming by car, we did not know beforehand that we could just go into the parking garage without checking in first, so this caused some confusion at first. Mostly our own fault since we did not inquire in advance. During our stay the air conditioning had trouble cooling the rooms too, but it was not unbearable.

Amazing hotel for very affordable price! Everything was beautiful and modern, staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and staff had no problem to do check-in earlier so it was really nice. We also could store our luggages at reception since our departure from Düsseldorf was later than check-out. Breakfast was fabulous, a lot of variety of food! Best thing was bed which was the most soft and comfortable bed I've been laying on. I had best sleep ever here. I want to go back to Düsseldorf so I will definitely make sure, I will book this hotel again!

Breakfast variety was good. Also the room temperature was nice. The hotel is within walking distance of U-Bahn and S-Bahn. 9 stops to the city center by U-Bahn, 3 stops by S-Bahn. Also, having a Lidl supermarket right across the street is an advantage.

There was a mini bar cabinet in the room, but it was empty. It would have been better if the mini bar was full. In the hotels I've stayed in before, complimentary water was provided, but it was surprising that it wasn't here. You should know that the "do not disturb" sign you put on your room door is not always valid.

Front desk staff was professional and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with enough room to put away your clothes and a safe to store your valuables. In the bathroom shower there was a rain shower as a regular shower head, which was very nice. The hotel is relatively easy to get to - 3 short S-Bahn stops away from the main train station. The area is fairly quiet, so we could get a good night's sleep.

The chairs in the room were not comfortable and seemed quite dated. They did not fit with the higher standard of the rest of the room. It's a small detail though.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The reception team was warm and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, quiet and clean and I liked the view over the rooftops of Düsseldorf. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was amazing, so many different yummy options, really among the best I've had. I'd recommend staying there and will gladly do so again myself.

The leather covering on the wall above the bed was stained with something dark that might've been coffee...? Blood..? How did it even get there (although nope, I definitely don't want to know what the previous guests even did there). We were really tired and on a busy schedule so didn't bother about making a fuss about it, and we still had a good night's sleep. Everything else was perfectly clean though.

Everything about the room and the staff experience was good. The sanitary and hygiene products were good and stocked. Appreciate that they were sustainable as it was in re-usable containers than the usual one off use storage containers. They also had the option to not use the cleaning option for the day when not required making it all the more sustainable and avoid wastage.

Felt the mattress and pillow was too comfy and gave a bit of an ache next morning. So, didnt feel to suit my needs. Breakfast was way too expensive. Hence, didnt purchase it. Could make it nominal. Also, if they could place water dispensers rather than just water in the vending machines, they would be all the more sustainable and could be well appreciated by the guests.
