Just got back from a week at OLYN Villas in Nikiti, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The villa itself is beautifully designed—modern, clean lines with a lot of natural light, and the view of the Aegean Sea from the terrace is something else. The infinity pool was a highlight; spending afternoons there was incredibly relaxing. The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The place was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful, offering great local tips. The location is peaceful, away from the hustle, but still close enough to Nikiti town for restaurants and shops. Overall, OLYN Villas provided a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful surroundings, this is a great choice.

- the location of the Hotel is very good; close to the city center, so u don#t need a car to go there - the staff is very friendly and helpful - the rooms are big enough and nice equipped with all u need - there is a new fitness room and sauna ( i didn't test it, but on the pictures looks good) - if u can not find a parking space in front of the hotel, there is a big parking 3 min to go - the breakfast holds a lot of different food and is very good

- don't book a room to the side of the main street, during the night there are always a lot of idiots doing their street races and it is very noisy - police is not doing anything against this people

A was in a room with a window to the inner courtyard. Unfortunately there is a large appliance, maybe for the AC or something like that, generating a lot of noise. Which was barely audible with the window closed, but it would have been nice to be get some fresh air into the room without a lot of noise. More vegan options at the breakfast buffet would be nice. The sealing of the shower door was already very bad, which led to a large puddle outside of the shower.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location (close to the city center, metro station, bus station, 10 mins away from the main train station), comfortable bed and spacious room. It was a great stay, I recommend this hotel.

The room lacked a small fridge and it was a bit too hot for our preference, even though we set the room temperature to a lower one, the heating system was through the air conditioning so it couldn't be influenced by what we set on our room temperature device.

Nice, compact room with great staff, accommodating with their luggage drop off to allow us to explore the city while our room was being readied, also location is only 5/10 min walk to train station and also a short walk to the city centre, also have a bar open until 2am and a foosball table. Hairdryer in the bathroom was a nice touch.

Room was fairly small even for a compact one, shower was extremely small with a corner opening, also the matt in the bathroom did not soak up water as well as it should.

Location good. Within walking distance of main attractions, metro and main station. Strong wifi, comfy big bed and cheerful staff. Nice little outdoor courtyard for smokers. Very nice breakfast but pricey at 23 Euros so only had it once. Nice bakery 2 minutes away for a filling breakfast at half the price. On site bar, good for an unwinding drink after a long day.

They didn’t clean my room on one of the days. Not sure why!

The location is excellent. The staff is really helpful and keen to service any queries. Interesting concept, really sophisticated and lovely decorations. Lovely areas, bar, outside area, private spots. The restaurant area is beautiful and the breakfast was beyond standards. The room was spacious with a great view, the double bed quite comfortable and the amenities ok. I loved the shoe cleaning machine.

Check-in was delayed for 30' because the room was not ready on time.. One of my towels had a stink, so I didn't use it. It wouldn't hurt if there were a couple of still water bottles in the room. A proper espresso coffee option, not from an auto machine should be available, instead of both the breakfast bench and the bar just having the same machine.

The location was great. The hotel is in the middle of the main train station and the city centre. Room was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable…I didn’t like the pillows but I guess I could have asked for firmer pillows. There was surprisingly a turntable in the room that we booked. That was a nice touch. The complimentary drinks and refreshments were amazing. Amazing staff as well. We would definitely be back.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a wardrobe in the room. I’ve been to a lot of hotels around the world and I’ve never been unfortunate enough to stay in one without a wardrobe…not even the cheapest ones in the seediest places. There was just a metal railing or whatever hanging from the roof right in the middle of the room. Anywhere you looked, it was there and you couldn’t avoid seeing it. My partner didn’t mind but I didn’t like it because I want to be able to put my stuff away where they can be concealed and be done.

From the beginning, very friendly service. Our room had a handwritten note by the owner. We brought our dog and in our room we had a bad, blanket, bowls and some treats. Never experienced something like that before. Room was comfortable enough, if a little small. Had amenities like soap, lotion and shampoo. Paid parking in a parking area in front of hotel for about 2 eur hour was OK. Just a couple minutes to the city center.

There is a lot of attention to detail which means that 'extra services' like the sauna are a full wellness experience and a 'mineworker' themed room is executed into the tiniest details. This large family-owned hotel therefore felt really homely (if you have a four star home) and I immediately booked for another night.
