The hotel is excellent. It is located centrally but was well insulated for sound. The room temperature and cleanliness was both excellent. All the staff was also equally excellent. The management at the front desk did not ask for a passport or any other redudant document. On arrival, they just provided the nice and pleasant greetings. The people cleaning the rooms daily were also extremely professional. (What people will state is that the neighborhood of the hotel seems like it might have crime. Personally, I would people not to worry that much. Germany is very same safe. I don't know the reason why but..)

Location was great, room spacious.

Shower. Was too tall to stand under and I’m only 5 foot 9. Better idea to get rid of baths to have more bathroom space. Wasn’t sure if mini bar was supposed to be refilled every day or not but wasn’t 🤷‍♂️ I also think the charge of €9 for a couple of hours using the pool facility is a bit steep considering it was free several years ago and doesn’t seem to have been upgraded…

We have written 3 reviews already, so we really can't say more. The hotel is quiet, despite being in a very active neighborhood and across the highway from the station. We have felt very well-treated and helped by the staff. Never a complaint, always glad we stayed there. This is not in a ritzy, fancy neighborhood. It is in a very socially diverse area, which my wife and I love... you name the food and it is a 3-5 minute walk from your room. Train, bus, trams, and more are all less than 5-minutes away, as is the main train station (which is why we chose the Savoy- we like staying close to the train station). For the price, it is very well located, and a 10 minute walk to the historical district (15 if you walk slow and take pics). You are 5 minutes from some of the most expensive and fanciest restaurants and hotels, so save a few pennies, stay a block closer to the station, and enjoy everything.

The hotel is great, the construction and crowds around the neighborhood can be tough to move through at certain times, but that is not on the hotel.

We have stayed at the Savoy on our last 3 trips to Frankfurt. It is very close to the train station (our mode of travel), and yet is very quiet. The staff are friendly and VERY helpful, and the hotel itself is in a very diverse and fun neighborhood, with many restaurants of all flavors. It is also a 10-minute walk to the historical city center. Now understand, being near to the train station and some major roads, it can be a busy and crowded area with travelers and people from all around the world, but it also means some beggars and folks trying to start new lives. It is not in a garden oasis, but is a great place in a cool neighborhood. The hotel also has a pool.

There is nothing we did not like about the hotel. The neighborhood is vibrant and very mixed, which we love. However, such neighborhoods can be filled with beggars, homeless, or folks new to the area trying to settle in. It is not the most picturesque neighborhood, but it is cozy, quiet, clean in the hotel.

Very convenience location for short stay having train main station ( with all kinds of meal/food availability) ) just few minutes away which was a main reason for choosing this hotel for one night stay. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet providing good night sleep. Front desk was very professional, pleasant and welcoming.

Hotel was not easy to find since it is located in corner of the street , some kind of visible sign from main street - train station view would be helpful

Conveniently located opposite to the central train station, 15 min to the main square on foot. Very cosy, inexpensive room with a clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Did not try the breakfast, but I'm sure it's very nice.

Word to the wise: the area just outside the main train station is full of unsavoury characters. I would advise caution.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Rooms are clean enough.

Old furniture, old repairs in the corridors. We were charged three payments for two nights. The receptionist said that this booking kept the money. But this is the hotel took the payment more than necessary. Clarifying this issue and waiting for a refund is an inconvenience that could have been avoided if the staff had been more attentive. Moreover, Ukrainians now have something to do, except wait for the money, that was illegally taken by the hotel.

That Staff let me use the Pool even after hours, im so grateful because I really needed somewhere to cry and be alone a little while to think about my dead brother, he use to like swimming a lot. Thank you so much.

Excellent location, room size and layout was pleasant, windows opened out fully which was a bonus, the staff was also very friendly especially the receptionist Rosy, the manager Bayram upgraded our room to one with AC and a mini bar as the pool facilities were not open, big up to him also.

Big part of choosing this hotel was they have a pool and sauna but was closed off due to the pandemic, no where on there site this made clear at time of booking so was a bit gutted, eventually got over it as there were other saunas available but would have been excellent to have on site, was upgraded to a better room with AC and free mini bar which kind of made up for it.

Location is perfect. Opposite to Hbf.

Hotel is a bit old about furniture.
