The room was great value for money and the breakfast was superb, a huge selection and a great way to start the day. Very clean and met expectations.

The reception staff were quite unfriendly and offputting. As the booking was for guests, this was a little embarrassing. You want to give a nice impression, yet the first experience of meeting people in Munich was being ignored by unfriendly receptionists.

Rooms were comfortable. Staff competent and friendly. Good variety Breakfast. Good value for money.

Parking was a bit of a problem. Had to park on the street far away from the hotel. Not knowing the area had me unsure if the car was in a safe place.

The location was perfect for us. It was relatively easy to get in and out of. Everything was clean and as one would expect.

Parking was a bit funny and got very crowded. Breakfast was good for normal people but no milk alternative option unless you asked and then you got cold soy milk. So then the coffee was quite cold :(

The atmosphere was wonderful with its cozy hall. Exceptionally tasty, fresh and good breakfast with newly baked and warm delicious crunchy skinned croissants (mmmmm) and bread💛. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Metro and train is 15 minutes to the hotel. There is a big supermarket , Macdonald dan kfc next to the hotel and there,s a wonderful shop of cloths shoes and perfumery next to it if needed.

May be it would be better if you there were slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.

The hotel is nice, as well the room, there is only a small part covered with carpet, I don't like catpets, as they are not hygienic, so it nice that not the whole room is covered. It is pet friendly, but I am not sure if they have a policy about the number of dogs allowed in a room. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There is no fridge/minibar in the room. I have a medicine I need to keep in cold... It was a luck we traveled during the cold season, and I could keep it in the car, as it was cold outside... Also, the outdoor parking is free, and only the underground is paid, so you can imagine what chaos was outside of cars parked on the driveways... come on, you drive a luxury car and don't have 20 euros for parking...😐😒

Nice hotel, rooms, restaurant, breakfast, and so on. I just didn't like that the outdoor parking is free so cars (expensive cars) are parked even on the driveway in order, not to give 20 eur for parking...(for me this is pathetic) and it is hard to move your car, there is no place to stop in front of the hotel to check in, but they didn't tell you where is the garage before the check in, so where are you supposed to park and go to check in? I found the garage myself, and I was pissed off because of this. Despite that I like the hotel, just need to improve this thing with the parkig. We chose the hotel as it is pet friendly.

Our room wasn’t cleaned / checked during our stay so bins not emptied or tea/coffee replaced The breakfast was great but the queues were a little crazy as it’s for everyone with no time/booking system Didn’t realise how far from the city or airport requiring a bus and train so ok location if you have a car. Noting really in the near neighbourhood for food The gym was ok but could have been better, no mats water had run out and no towels replaced

No-fuss, simple but clean and comfortable room and basic bathroom amenities, there’s a coffee kettle and supplies, airconditioning worked very well and the beddings are clean and nice to sleep in. Breakfast buffet which was included in the room rate was quite good and substantial, has a wide selection and even has an american waffle maker :) Location was within a more industrial area so there were not too many shops, kiosks or restaurants immediately around the hotel, but there’s a 24-hr mcdonalds and a KFC within an easy walk of around 300 meters so there’s somewhere to get food from on late nights. The hotel reception also has a small kiosk for basic snacks and drinks. Food deliveries are also easy and the big lobby / dining area is open 24 hours for people to hang out, watch TV and eat. There’s also a nearby bus stop that would connect to the U-bahn or tram stations to get to the city center. The staff especially at the reception desk and bar were all nice and helpful, very polite and always smiling no matter how busy it gets. We were there on Adele’s first concert weekend so there were so many people but it did not seem chaotic at all. It was still quite nice and relaxed because the staff were nice and helpful. Good value for money too, because even if it was a busy concert weekend and summer holidays, the price was very good (with good breakfast too) compared to many other hotels in munich :)

Location — but we knew it at the time of booking, so it’s fine. Also since we lived in munich before, we knew how to get around and manage the transport system. But for others who may not be familiar with munich and are not driving a car, it will be a little more challenging but taxis are easy to get anyway.
