The room was great value for money and the breakfast was superb, a huge selection and a great way to start the day. Very clean and met expectations.

The reception staff were quite unfriendly and offputting. As the booking was for guests, this was a little embarrassing. You want to give a nice impression, yet the first experience of meeting people in Munich was being ignored by unfriendly receptionists.

We had a great stay! Check-in and checkout were incredibly fast- faster than anywhere else we’ve stayed. The staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Ischo, who made us feel very welcome. The location is okay, but it’s far from the city center. It usually took us around 40 minutes by bus/subway to get there. One thing to note: the reception is combined with the bar counter, which confused us at first. We saw a few guests, including ourselves, looking around for the front desk before realizing it was the same spot. Overall, great service and friendly people made it a very pleasant stay.

Good breakfast. parking, elevator, rooms. Breakfast staff is very caring. The evening front desk gentlemen, were so much more refined.

The morning front office were downright rude. We understand German direct talk, but this was at a very different level, especially the front desk ladies. Was surprised when they actually wished us "safe travels". Front office would not entertain requests for close by rooms, and asked us to talk to booking.com instead. Ultimately contacted the same front office through the hilton app and they obliged. Wish the breakfast area got another waffle machine. The lines were testing the patience for some guests. Not many facilities, groceries, restaurants close by. Bus stop is also not close.

Rooms were comfortable. Staff competent and friendly. Good variety Breakfast. Good value for money.

Parking was a bit of a problem. Had to park on the street far away from the hotel. Not knowing the area had me unsure if the car was in a safe place.

Breakfast was good. The man who was preparing breakfast was really good. He deserves a commendation. But the persons at the reception were totally unfriendly. I’m not sure if they are in the right profession. That’s why I gave a low score for the personnel. Or I plead to the management to provide service oriented trainings.

The staff at the reception were totally unfriendly. We took a long train trip from Italy and the last thing we needed was unfriendliness at a place that was supposed to welcome us for our next stay. I guess coming from a trip to Italy, the expectation was a bit high.

The atmosphere was wonderful with its cozy hall. Exceptionally tasty, fresh and good breakfast with newly baked and warm delicious crunchy skinned croissants (mmmmm) and bread💛. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Metro and train is 15 minutes to the hotel. There is a big supermarket , Macdonald dan kfc next to the hotel and there,s a wonderful shop of cloths shoes and perfumery next to it if needed.

May be it would be better if you there were slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.

The location was perfect for us. It was relatively easy to get in and out of. Everything was clean and as one would expect.

Parking was a bit funny and got very crowded. Breakfast was good for normal people but no milk alternative option unless you asked and then you got cold soy milk. So then the coffee was quite cold :(

Nice hotel, rooms, restaurant, breakfast, and so on. I just didn't like that the outdoor parking is free so cars (expensive cars) are parked even on the driveway in order, not to give 20 eur for parking...(for me this is pathetic) and it is hard to move your car, there is no place to stop in front of the hotel to check in, but they didn't tell you where is the garage before the check in, so where are you supposed to park and go to check in? I found the garage myself, and I was pissed off because of this. Despite that I like the hotel, just need to improve this thing with the parkig. We chose the hotel as it is pet friendly.
