Very good hotel in excellent location and with parking. Staff very helpful.

Not something I disliked exactly, more an observation, which is that the access to the underground car park is down a narrow entrance with a tight bend, might be difficult for large SUVs.

The room had an unpleasant smell when it had been closed up. Opening the windows helped, but that wasn’t always possible We would have preferred a couple of comfortable chairs or a couch to the made up portable bed Shower was spacious and water hot, but water leaked onto floor and water pressure was low

Modern hotel in a central location. You could throw a stone from outside the hotel to the town main thoroughfare. The hotel has a secure underground carpark which gave peace of mind. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a wide choice of foods to eat, very good. Oliver on the front desk reception deserves a special welcome for the warm reception and helpfully recommended a excellent restaurant for our supper. Oliver even allowed me to practice my poor French without interruption - he spoke perfect English :) Thank you Oliver.

There is nothing to complain about.

The receptionist was helpful. We wanted to use the hotel car park and he gave very good instructions as to how to enter (it was not accessible from the front of the hotel). The breakfast was very good, the room was a good size and the hotel was in an excellent location. From the hotel we easily found the Tourist Information Centre where we took a map of the city and were given an excellent recommendation for some eating places. We found Poitiers to be an interesting place to visit and are likely to return for a long weekend.

There was no downsides as far as we were concerned regarding this hotel. It was very welcoming.

Large family room, very quiet with super comfy beds and great shower. Nice and cool on a hot weekend! Very smart and stylish hotel in excellent central location near all restaurants etc. Breakfast was a particular highlight with fresh juice and choice of cheeses, breads, cakes, fruit etc - fabulous!

A one night stay in Poitiers. A delightful small city. Easily accessed by TGV. On bus route from station Hôtel in city centre convenient for bars, restaurants and cultural places.

Excellent location, in the town centre within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Good buffet breakfast. Very big room, with comfortable beds.

One of the windows in our room did not close properly. This was not a problem, as it was fairly warm, but I guess could be different in winter.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in the centre for all the tourist attractions also easy access for bars and restaurants..

Our hotel room was behind the metal grill decoration on front of the hotel and when we opened the window it opened up onto a covered area. This made the room very dark with no view and lack of fresh air. The room had an odd smell so think due to lack of ventilation. We didn’t get down to breakfast late but nearly everthing had gone and it did not get replenished. Access to undergroung parking is very steep and tight. Not for the faint hearted.

The whole experience was way above expectations! Fabulous location, excellent service and breakfast was delicious. Couldn't fault a thing. Loved the water at the entrance- freezing cold and constantly available (much better than plastic bottles in the room)! Absolute bargain and will stay again next time we are going through Poitiers.

I love the feeling of space I get in an ibis styles. Cleanliness is always brilliant. Location was absolutely wonderful - right in the centre of town! Delicious breakfast.

All that space and no bar? It's a bit of a shame, really. Sometimes you don't really want to go out. Again, all that space and the breakfast layout was dreadful!!
