Location location location. In the middle of the peninsula and within walking distance to everything. The funicular to visit the church of Fourvière, the starting location for the 1 hr boat trips on the river Saôn, lots of excellent restaurants and cafés and stores, the painted houses and even the Perrache train station, for the fast trains from and to Paris and elsewhere. Very quiet rooms (2 double glazed windows !!!!) in spite of the lively neighborhood. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable & helpful. The free coffee & cold water machines in the lobby is very useful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff truly stood out—they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. Every interaction was warm and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our room was another highlight. It was huge, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of everything. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like free hot drinks and free water—small perks that added so much to our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience! We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

It will be nice to have a free parking close to the hotel.

as a repeating visitor - location is just perfect!! walking distance from main interest points insist on room facing the courtyard - far more quiet we took an appartament - very comfortable for a couple and a family of 4 people. It has a nice equipped kitchen and a dining table bathroom is mediocare friendly staff very clean has underground parking

bathroom, mainly the shower in the bath tub throws water outside, deep bathtub - be carefull!

We stayed for 6 nights. The location of the hotel was excellent, convenient for all of the city. Our accommodation was spacious, light and well equipped. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We asked to change rooms as the initial room had a depressing view across a mossy flat roof covered in cigarette butts. The receptionist changed our room immediately. The bed and bed linen were comfortable. The accommodation was clean, and well prepared. The WiFi worked well. We would definitely return

The only slight complaint was that the lift was very slow.

The location is perfect. The service, especially at the reception, is very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice with a large double bed and a kitchenette. The bed linen was of good quality and the room was quiet. We also appreciated that the hotel kept our luggage for free after check-out. The internet worked very well. There are many restaurants around. A very nice place to stay for a few days to explore the city.

Everything was ok.

Our apartment was large with a separate living room. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a three-night stay. The apartment had a washing machine / dryer. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Once we signed up to the Ascott Rewards program we had both early check-in and late check-out. We had a place to store our bikes. The complimentary breakfast was great. The most outstanding feature was the location as we were surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and bars. The double-glazed windows ensured the noise stayed on the streets.

Comfortable one bedroom apartment with rooftop view of Vieux Lyon. The location was excellent. My room was very quiet despite the crowds in the streets. Alexander at the reception was so helpful with advice for local area transportation. Thank you! There was easy access to metro and bus lines. I appreciated that the hotel had Eurosport on its television channels. The coffee machine in the reception area is a great idea - coffee available all day.

Clean,good location,quiet (double windows) even if on busy street,good sized room, free hot drinks,water in the lobby.Vending machine available. Soap,shampoo,body wash available. Good hot shower. Everyone at the reception was nice. The breakfast looked great, but we did not eat at the hotel as we did not take this option.

The door from closet needs to be fixed - hard to have access to the hangers as it was not sliding. I think previous people who stayed in the room forgot a pair of socks in the closet next to the iron table in the closet. Could be good to oil the squicky doors from room and from toilet.It is a minor change, but could help to not disturb your partner when waking up before or during the night to go to the closet in the hallway or when going to the bathroom. Lights on the hallway and in the bathroom are not very strong, hard to do your make up, but manageable. Towel hanger on the door in the bathroom are not practical as the towel is sliding of it. Maybe to change / add more places to hang/let towels to dry. Take these notes as improvements, not as huge issues :)

The location was perfect. We found paid parking a 5 minute walk away and were able to unload bags at hotel door beforehand. The room was very large, the bed was great and the kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and heating up leftovers. There were lots of cooking supploes,but who wants to cook in Lyon? It was handy having a dishwasher. It was like an airbandb with an elevator, a receptionist and a wonderful location. Would recommend absolutely. The desk help were awesome.

There was nothing not to like.

Great location toward the end of one of Lyon's prime restaurant streets. Room was very nice with large king size bed and kitchenette in our room. Linens were good quality and room was very quiet. Also appreciated that the hotel kept our baggage for free before check in and after check out while we walked around the area.

Minor quibble but continental breakfast was 14 Euros. There are several restaurants within a short walk (5 minutes or less) with warm breakfasts.
