We did not have the breakfast. The location was fine as it's right across from Kingsway Mall. We were impressed. There was less desirables hanging around than in previous years. The staff was friendly but not overly friendly. We found the maid service amazing as anything we need was easily brought to us or given to us. We have stayed there several times and this was the best day

For the second year in a row we have not had a working fridge when we arrived. As a suggestion, it would be better if you guys turned up the fridge and made sure it was cold before your clients came as some of us come with food and it's a hassle

I like its proximity to the mall. The restaurant food was amazing. So far the best breakfast we've ever experienced. The old Filipina lady was so cheerful and welcoming and provided free fruits for us! Although the room is small, it lived up to expectations. The interior lay out was well-planned, there are no dull spaces. Air conditioning is just right. The bathroom is clean and looked fresh.

I wish that free breakfast was included in the room price. Don't get me wrong, food was great but it would have been nice not to worry about bringing cash or credit card early in the morning.

The property was very clean and quiet, even though it appeared to be quite busy. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I had to come to Edmonton for medical reasons and the staff were very accommodating, including reducing our room rate, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. We will certainly book again, whether it be for medical or leisure. The property is conveniently located near hospital, restaurants and shopping. 💛

We had the best time staying here. It’s a perfect spot. The restaurant was amazing. We have to give our hats off to the waitress Laural (I believe) she’s blond. She was truely amazing and deserves a huge raise. She made our stay that extra top notch. We would definitely come back time and time again. The pool was great!! The staff was great. The room was great. The only thing that sucked were the pillows. They felt like you were sleeping on paper and air. Other then that 10 stars!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and waterslide were a great FREE thing for my kids to enjoy and they both loved being able to swim right at our hotel. Our room was wonderful. It was clean, beds were comfy, one of the bests full nights sleeps that I have had in a LONG time.

Wasn't a fan of the pillows. They were way too soft for me, but thats the only thing I wasnt a fan of which all in all is not a big deal!

The location is excellent. Unfortunately the Edmonton airport is extremely far away. The convenience of walking over to the mall was nice though. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and when I left my charger for my computer they shipped it to me.

There were lots of kids running around at all hours, but it might have been due to a sporting event. It wasn't as quiet as it could have been.

The staff and location were great for my work requirements. Overall satisfied will all aspects for my 10 day stay, noting room service was if requested and that was fine as the staff were responsive.

Construction was occurring at the site which impacted cleanliness, however it was managed appropriately by the staff.

The staff, both at front desk and the house keeping ladies. I had very lovely experiences with them. The room and size was nice, it was just what I needed to enjoy my trip.

I had a bit of a hard time getting hot water for a shower the one night, it didn't get hot at all, just warm. Not a big deal but a little disappointing.

Lo action was excellent ,room was excellent staff was very helpful and very friendly .would recommend it to anyone. Was quiet ,clean ,and comfortable. Meals were good.have not one complant love all the charging ports.the rooms were very clean and well looked after and up to date. But the staff get a 10 from us they were always answering over question when we had a concern as what to do they came up with a solution that worked perfect. Even the taxi were great ,awesome ,friendly never heard of coop taxis before .but they are worth it.

Not one thing I can say bad .other hotels should take lessons they were that good

Went for supper, waitress messed up both kids orders. Slow service from her. Breakfast - waitress messed up 2 of 6 orders. Toast was cold and one family member got their food when the rest of us only had a cpl bites left. Maybe they should be writing orders down to limit mistakes to the kitchen.
