My husband and I have stopped staying at Best Westerns, only because they seeking a lot more run down, BUT this one was lovely. So clean, great room, great staff, we didn’t eat breakfast at hotel so I cannot rate it. But a very very well kept hotel. And such a great location, central to everything. We had a great stay. Loved the Telus TV and the many channel options. Room was so big. Lovely hotel.

The pillows would be my only complaint -

I had asked for a birthday message in the room for my boyfriend when I booked but there wasn’t anything :(

Lots of options for breakfast. You could have waffles or pancakes, a great coffee machine and there were your regular scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns. Also muffins were fresh and everything was clean.

Even though there wasn't a restaurant on site for lunch or dinner, there were places close by. Next door was a Tim Hortons and there was a mall across the street.

Clean, spacious, good breakfast and staff were friendly and very helpful.

Shower very slow to heat up and no shampoo, just body lotion and conditioner in miniscule bottles with labels so small I could hardly read them.

We loved everything. The desk staff were efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. Room was lovely and big, we LOVED the walk-in shower, beds very comfortable, good wi-fi, and the free breakfast was awesome. We were there for a funeral so several of our family were there also and we all loved the place.

Absolutely nothing. We couldn’t find anything that would have made it better.

Was interesting sometimes getting parking due to trucks with trailers being parked across multiple spots

The breakfast included was good - lots of variety and kept replenished. The beds were comfortable - on the firm side but with the perfect amount of give. The exercise room was good - small but everything you needed AND open 24 hours (I didn't test that but apparently it was). I can't comment on the pool.

I would like fresh cold water available at breakfast - I don't drink juice or coffee.

Breakfast was Very Good.

i left my Apple Watch charger behind when I left, and the maid had turned it in so I would like to thank the hotel for keeping it for me until I had soneone pick it p for me.

Location was very convenient for my purpose.

I found the pillows too puffy, could not use them for sleeping. I found them not comfortable.

They were very accommodating with early check in.

We got back to the hotel at 10.30pm and there were no parking spots. Also, we went down for breakfast at 9am and it was so crowded and there was no seating.
