My husband and I have stopped staying at Best Westerns, only because they seeking a lot more run down, BUT this one was lovely. So clean, great room, great staff, we didn’t eat breakfast at hotel so I cannot rate it. But a very very well kept hotel. And such a great location, central to everything. We had a great stay. Loved the Telus TV and the many channel options. Room was so big. Lovely hotel.

The pillows would be my only complaint -

There was nothing to dislike about my stay.

This is my go to hotel when visiting family and friends in St. Albert and the surrounding area. The location is good. The staff helpful and welcoming. I don't always take advantage of the pool and exercise rooms but have enjoyed them when possible.

Breakfast was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful with check-in. Property was very clean and quiet.

I had asked for a birthday message in the room for my boyfriend when I booked but there wasn’t anything :(

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The Breakfast provided a great selection of hot and cold option, and the staff were very attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A great stay!

Clean, spacious, good breakfast and staff were friendly and very helpful.

Shower very slow to heat up and no shampoo, just body lotion and conditioner in miniscule bottles with labels so small I could hardly read them.

Lots of options for breakfast. You could have waffles or pancakes, a great coffee machine and there were your regular scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns. Also muffins were fresh and everything was clean.

Even though there wasn't a restaurant on site for lunch or dinner, there were places close by. Next door was a Tim Hortons and there was a mall across the street.

We loved everything. The desk staff were efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. Room was lovely and big, we LOVED the walk-in shower, beds very comfortable, good wi-fi, and the free breakfast was awesome. We were there for a funeral so several of our family were there also and we all loved the place.

Absolutely nothing. We couldn’t find anything that would have made it better.

Was interesting sometimes getting parking due to trucks with trailers being parked across multiple spots

Room was clean and welcoming, complimentary breakfast tasted good too. Had minor issues with our key cards not working but the staff were quick to rectify the issue and very friendly!
