Wonderful friendly staff, they are very helpful. It is a very convenient location for my work.

Room was small but cozy, bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Easy commute to olympic park for a concert we were seeing, maccas and kfc super close and convenient for a quick feed. Suited our needs for a sleep and shower before driving 5 hours home after a concert. Overall good value for money.

Our stay was great other than a noise disturbance at 4am with some bloke going off his head swearing and yelling somewhere within the hotel... this lasted about an hour or so and then quietened down.

Access to high frequency public transit. I was allocated a ground floor unit as there is no lift and my luggage was heavy. The rooms, although small, were sufficient for my needs.

The signs warning that steam can or will activate smoke alarms is unnecessary .. your chain of budget ibis hotels are the only chain of hotels where this is posed as a problem.. why?? There are no chairs in your rooms. If anything, this is annoying at least and enough to prevent my family from re-booking in the future.

Great location to Qudos Arena. Plenty of car parking. Food options near by. Well priced for our needs. Staff went above to help us. Price included our breakfast.

Small rooms. Mattress a little too soft. Hand basin was in bedroom under the window and not in the bathroom. Bathroom small-just imagine being on a cruise ship. Air Con didn’t work but staff relocated us very quickly to another room which ended up being a lot cleaner also. Basic breakfast but all we needed.

I have often stayed here when i need a one night stopover in Sydney. And for the budget, it quick and easy and I don't expect much. The bed is always comfortable and the room tidy.

However I would suggest, and I will ask this for myself next time, ask NOT be on the lower floor. The door is not sound proof, and I constantly listened to the clicking of someone's zipper in a clothes dryer in the laundry. You hear every word of other guests phone calls if they are in the communal areas downstairs. And I could probably recite every guests' names that checked in that evening.

For a small budget motel it was fantastic!! So close to everything, Location perfect! We were there for the Irish Dancing Nationals, my daughter had to be near the Quay Centre , Olympic Park. We had the Bunk / Queen bed room, it's the best for more storage, small but fine, We were very happy staying there for 6 nights , We had a friend stay the last night as it sleep's 3 , still plenty of room. Bathroom is small but ample. Nice decor. We fitted 3 suitcases , an Esky , another small luggage bag, 3 bags of groceries, It was very quiet , no noise considering it's on a busy road with Fast food eateries around, Comfy bed , fridge great , crispy sheets, staff were very nice and friendly. Not sure if it would suit large people. We are slim people and we were out and abort every day! We will certainly stay again. :)

The hotel is on a busy road next to a service station and some fast food outlets and there was plenty of parking. Not a great place for a holiday but good if you just need a convenient place to spend a night. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed 2 nights and there were no draws or wardrobes and the air conditioner didn’t seem to work but I guess you get what you pay for. Also my room did not get serviced.

Bed was exceptionally comfy and clean. Contained everything I needed for the time I was there. Bathroom small but didn't need anything bigger, it served it's purpose very well. Wifi exceptional and got to do stuff on my laptop with ease. That's what keeps me coming back each time. Plenty of food facilities in the near vicinity for ease of choice.

I was woken from a deep sleep by 2 men talking loudly outside my room. I nearly got up to say something when they stopped by the time I'd gotten up to say something they were gone. Some people need to be considerate of they who sleep.

Nice size room, had the amenities we required for our short stay, the fridge was a perk. Staff were very helpful and prompt when asked to help with a couple of things during our stay!

Rust in the bathroom that could do with repairs. Although it didn’t poorly affect our stay, check in was handled by a gentleman who was covered in dandruff, potentially management could remind some personal hygiene and clean uniform, as it made us a little uncomfortable.
