Location - so convenient. Close to two subway stations (same block as Takaracho and one block away from Kyobashi). In fact, one could ride straight to or from Narita airport. But if with a lot of luggage, hotel is just a 10-15 minute walk to Tokyo Station where you can take a bus to and from the airport. If you're traveling with a baby stroller though, do note that taking the lifts from Kyobashi or Takaracho may throw you off to an exit maybe one or two blocks away, but still very walkable. Room - comfortable, clean, and pretty much has everything one should need (some amenities like coffee, tea and toiletries are available for free at the lobby) for a short stay. Special shout-out to their Japanese-Filipino staff, Nicole. Always a relief to have someone speaking your language. Lessens the stress of being in a foreign place. She was new at the property but very helpful and knowledgeable.

Room size - a snug fit for two adults and a toddler with luggage, bags, and a baby stroller, but this was expected. Otherwise, the room met expectations.

Location is great. Around 8-10 mins walk from Tokyo station, no problem even with big suitcases. Room was clean, a little bit small if to open two big suitcase. We have one big and one small suitcase and it did not have enough space to open them both at the same time. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff are super helpful and nice. Will stay here again.

I stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast was wonderful but it may be better if the breakfast menu can have more variety so that I don't end up eating the same breakfast everyday

Close to underground stations, walking distance to Tokyo station, close to 7eleven.

The double room was smaller than the twin room, had to upgrade to get more space.

Location to the Asakusa and Ginza line is within 1 block, and location to Tokyo station is about 5 blocks. Great location over all, and very quite for being at the city center. I would stay again as a lone traveler. Access to the coin operated washing machine was fantastic, and was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. It was handy for work travel.

The room size is a bit tight, I would not recommend sharing a room with a friend. Sharing with a significant other is doable, but tight if you both have large luggage.

The breakfast was delicious - you have the option of four different breakfast sets in the restaurant attached to the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and so convenient to Tokyo Station.

Most Japanese hotel rooms are small, so we were expecting that, but this one was laid out in a way that made it really difficult to move around. We were only here for one night when we arrived in Japan, so it met our needs, but just a warning if you're planning to spend more time here - two adults and luggage made for a tight squeeze.

I found this hotel through a YouTube vlog and was lucky to book a room since it’s often fully booked. The reception is small but welcoming, with friendly staff and a generous selection of free amenities—teas, facial masks, hair treatments, skincare, and even a hair straightener/curler (to be returned at checkout). The room was compact but manageable for two. We requested extra pillows as only one per person was provided. Pajamas are available near the elevator, and there’s a restaurant downstairs, though we didn’t get to try it. The location is excellent—right by the train station and a convenience store. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to train station and Stores, the staff were so great! Loved their friendlyness and they helped us with our bags to be delivered to the Hiroshima Fresa Inn so helpful! They gave us sweets also at check in. They spoke to me when I did my laundry to. Overall we will come back again.

That someone was sleeping right next door to the laundry room , I was chatting away with another stayer at the hotel, we were both doing laundry and she didn’t like that we were talking in the laundry room? I’m not sure what was louder ice machine / laundry and dryer going on or us speaking? Over all can’t complain about the place other then it had 2 dryers and 2 washers previous places it’s been a washer dryer combo machine.

The room was very nice despite being small. Location was very good, close to subway stations and commercial centers. It is a good option for someone who is going to a conference in the Tokyo International Forum, since it is just a 10-15 min. walk.

Few breakfast options, which were the same everyday. No options of Western type of breakfast, only Japanese breakfast. People working on the front desk were very attentive, but spoke very little English (if any English at all). The room was very small, but I guess this is standard for hotels in Tokyo.

The location was perfect. I booked this place because it was super close to Kyobashi station, and just 15 mins walk to Tokyo Station. Sotetsu Fresa always meet my expectation, comfy bed, lots of amenities on demand, great space for me to spread out my luggage, and female friendly. Always a great night sleep. :) The staff was very nice as always!

The toilet is a little bit old, but it's functional and perfectly fine. With heavy luggage, I still had to uber to Tokyo station because time was short and it was too cold to walk in the early morning. Make sure to triple your walk time when you have heavy luggage in Tokyo. The closet exit at Kyobashi station doesn't have an elevator, make sure you exit another exit with an elevator across the street if you have heavy suitcases, then cross the road to come back to the hotel side.
