Initially, I had a tiny room and I had difficulty getting in and out of the deep bathtub 🛁. The staff kindly changed my room for Disabled guests on the 2nd floor which is close to the laundry, vending machines and microwave 👍🏻 for an extra charge. Staff was fabulous and helped cancel a massage booking for me. Also, has a Foreign currency exchange machine and can change Y$10,000 into Y$1,000 notes which is handy.

I liked most of it👍🏻☺️ A tad far to walk to the station as I use a Walker and just catch Go Taxis everywhere ☺️

Location - so convenient. Close to two subway stations (same block as Takaracho and one block away from Kyobashi). In fact, one could ride straight to or from Narita airport. But if with a lot of luggage, hotel is just a 10-15 minute walk to Tokyo Station where you can take a bus to and from the airport. If you're traveling with a baby stroller though, do note that taking the lifts from Kyobashi or Takaracho may throw you off to an exit maybe one or two blocks away, but still very walkable. Room - comfortable, clean, and pretty much has everything one should need (some amenities like coffee, tea and toiletries are available for free at the lobby) for a short stay. Special shout-out to their Japanese-Filipino staff, Nicole. Always a relief to have someone speaking your language. Lessens the stress of being in a foreign place. She was new at the property but very helpful and knowledgeable.

Room size - a snug fit for two adults and a toddler with luggage, bags, and a baby stroller, but this was expected. Otherwise, the room met expectations.

Location was excellent so easy to get to Tokyo main station and yet didn’t hear any noise, lots of restaurants and food available really close

Not used to such small rooms, ok for one person but I struggled with not being able to unpack as I was staying 9 nights and there was no drawers or closet had to store suitcase between end of bed and window

Location is great. Around 8-10 mins walk from Tokyo station, no problem even with big suitcases. Room was clean, a little bit small if to open two big suitcase. We have one big and one small suitcase and it did not have enough space to open them both at the same time. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff are super helpful and nice. Will stay here again.

I stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast was wonderful but it may be better if the breakfast menu can have more variety so that I don't end up eating the same breakfast everyday

Close to underground stations, walking distance to Tokyo station, close to 7eleven.

The double room was smaller than the twin room, had to upgrade to get more space.

good location, close to a major train station tokyo!( 15min walk ) and ginza line koyobashi statiin (4min walk )so it is easy to get anywhere you need , also close 2 convenience store and nice japanese restaurant chain near by that opens from 5am to 1am very useful for late night craving or later dinners, solve all your food problems

room is very small as is bathroom, bit hard to move around , hurt and bang my legs and foot a few time, they had drinkable filter water from same taps you use in the bathroom, but I wouldn't trust it , water is cheap enough to buy from covienance store nearby

Overall the hotel is 500m away from Tokyo Station and several other MTR stops. The streets are good to walk on with larger luggage and when you go off the main roads, the side streets are easy enough to walk on. There is a Family Mart and a Lawsons around the corner as well as some very nice ramen shops. The other really good thing is the hotel is about 15mins away from the Pokemon Cafe which you can easily walk to.

Nothing really as the rooms we got were sizable and everything is very convenient. Only one thing and that is don't travel to Japan in summer but that's minor.

It had a comfy bed, and it was easy to sleep. The staff were wonderful. They also had little sweets at the front desk that were nice. Had all the facilities we needed. Quite close to itoya. Breakfast was pretty good, but we didn't eat there every day. They had the option to hold our luggage until we had to leave for the airport at 8, which was really handy when we had to check out at 11. Lastly, just want to commend the staff they were brilliant. I accidently left something at the hotel, and they went above and beyond to get it to me after I left Japan, and I really appreciate that.

It was my least favourite location, not the hotels fault, though. It wasn't near many food places or activities, but it was easy enough to travel via Subway. Rooms very small we mostly slept there but having tea or coffee in the morning felt awkward cause we had to sit and have it on the bed. It's not a huge issue, though.

Have stayed here three times now, and it’s been exceptional each time. Fairly ‘no frills’ and in a business-y district but it’s right next door (like two mins walk) from two major train lines on either side of it - servicing most of the major locations in Tokyo easily. I much prefer to stay somewhere quiet and safe like Kyobashi and then Have an easy train ride into Asakusa, Shibuya, Akihabara, Shinjuku, etc rather than staying in those places. Have stayed as a couple, as a single, and with a toddler now and all stays really great.
