Location is great, staff is great, cozy and clean.

Breakfast is good if you are early bird. If you come later, there's no much choice, unsure if breakfast worth money.

I like the location as it is close to walking distance of many restaurants and sites. The taxi was able to pick us up right at the entrance. We also loved the breakfast buffet ! Also the front desk staff was amazing and so helpful! Loved the seating areas in the lobby.

It was hard to locate with GPS upon arriving. The taxi driver was also lost. And also one of the cleaning ladies came into our room without knocking after the room had been cleaned and nothing else was needed or requested by us. She did not say a word to us and was rather surprised we were in the room at that time.

Fresh & varied breakfast & good coffee. Good location in the gothic quarter. Beds are comfortable. Terrace with nice seating (but no view).

The room is facing the Bells of the Barcelona Cathedral , they ring multiple times a day and the sound is quite loud from the room even with closed terrace door. There is a very strong smell of moisture coming out of the bathroom sink & filling the room. The room is medium to small size, most of the space is taken on the terrace. Very bad quality Room products for a 4 star hotel (soap, shampoo, coffee, tea bags..).

Ideal location within the Gothic Quarter and a stone’s throw from a metro to take you to other areas of the city. Friendly and helpful staff and exceptionally clean rooms.

The air con was needed and welcomed, but it was quite noisy in the room, compared to other air cons: however, it is white noise and didn’t disrupt sleep. The noise of the busy streets didn’t impair our sleep either. There was a kettle but only the odd sachet of tea or a coffee. They don’t provide milk. There is a fair sized fridge in the room so you can buy it in.

We loved this place. Right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter and so easily walkable to so many places. Only 800m away from Arc de Triomf, even closer to the marina and so many amazing tapas places in the alleyways. The bathrooms were a fantastic size and the rooms were perfect for two large suitcases. The rooms also had air conditioning which was perfect for the hot and humid nights in Barcelona. The staff were amazing and the buffet breakfast was absolutely worth the money. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location which was really convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Provided a map at check in. They arranged a taxi for me and let me know when it had arrived. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was great. I would definitely stay again if I was to return to Barcelona. Very comfortable and had a lovely seating area in the lobby.

I had a lovely room with a balcony so there was a little bit of noise outside on the Friday night. It didn’t affect me but if you are a light sleeper it could be difficult. Can’t fault the property itself though.

The hotel benefits from a brilliant location, a short walk away from Placa de Reial, the gothic quarter, la rambla, the beach and El Born. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and well presented. Our twin room was very spacious and clean and although the pedestrianised street is always busy, we had no issues with noise. Reception were helpful and friendly, check in was prompt and efficient.

Our shower could have drained quicker but it's only a small thing in an otherwise excellent room.

This was a last-minute stay due to a mess up with booking.com. But as a last-minute arrival in the early hours of the morning, the staff couldn't have been any more accommodating. They were very efficient to get us booked in and settled after a long journey. The rooms were great, very pleasant, clean and modern. Situated in the heart of old town Barcelona, it is within easy reach of most amenities and centres. Stayed for 3 nights and it was a lovely stay.

Whilst the location is really great for convenience, it is quite a busy part of the town. There was a lot of activity and noise going on outside in the streets that lasted until the early hours of the morning. Nothing really the hotel could do to be honest, but it's worth bearing in mind if you are a light sleeper or this type of noise bothers you in the evenings.

The hotel location is perfect near the gothic quarter and walking distance to most of the sightseeings in Barcelona. Our room was 603 in the 6th floor facing the Basilica church which is amazing. Also, we like the fact that we can go back to our room anytime of the day to rest and freshen up. The room was clean and my architect partner appreciate the design of the room.

I have read the reviews about the noise but for our room it’s not that bad maybe because we are in the 6th floor and we are not staying in a room with a balcony. What i mean with not bad, just a bang noise every now and then but not annoying really because we slept all throughout the night.

Fabulous location. All around the hotel unfortunately is road works so the entrance to the road is blocked which made it difficult for taxis to drop off and collect.

Just a few small things missing in the room, which don’t realise until I went to make a cup of tea, there wasn’t any milk. I requested a room which was quiet at the back of the hotel which was a good choice. I wouldn’t choose a room over the street, at the moment especially with dust and noise from construction and road works.
