Location is great, staff is great, cozy and clean.

Breakfast is good if you are early bird. If you come later, there's no much choice, unsure if breakfast worth money.

Fresh & varied breakfast & good coffee. Good location in the gothic quarter. Beds are comfortable. Terrace with nice seating (but no view).

The room is facing the Bells of the Barcelona Cathedral , they ring multiple times a day and the sound is quite loud from the room even with closed terrace door. There is a very strong smell of moisture coming out of the bathroom sink & filling the room. The room is medium to small size, most of the space is taken on the terrace. Very bad quality Room products for a 4 star hotel (soap, shampoo, coffee, tea bags..).

This was a last-minute stay due to a mess up with booking.com. But as a last-minute arrival in the early hours of the morning, the staff couldn't have been any more accommodating. They were very efficient to get us booked in and settled after a long journey. The rooms were great, very pleasant, clean and modern. Situated in the heart of old town Barcelona, it is within easy reach of most amenities and centres. Stayed for 3 nights and it was a lovely stay.

Whilst the location is really great for convenience, it is quite a busy part of the town. There was a lot of activity and noise going on outside in the streets that lasted until the early hours of the morning. Nothing really the hotel could do to be honest, but it's worth bearing in mind if you are a light sleeper or this type of noise bothers you in the evenings.

The hotel location is perfect near the gothic quarter and walking distance to most of the sightseeings in Barcelona. Our room was 603 in the 6th floor facing the Basilica church which is amazing. Also, we like the fact that we can go back to our room anytime of the day to rest and freshen up. The room was clean and my architect partner appreciate the design of the room.

I have read the reviews about the noise but for our room it’s not that bad maybe because we are in the 6th floor and we are not staying in a room with a balcony. What i mean with not bad, just a bang noise every now and then but not annoying really because we slept all throughout the night.

The location is great. Close to the La Rambla street, 15 min walk to the sea. People working here are so nice and friendly. And the breakfast was excellent, with many things to choose from and so tasty. The big terrace room is simply a must. The air conditioner cools the room really fast and it is not loud.

The mirrors in the bathrooms should be changed, they look deteriorated and the hair dryer could be more modern.

The breakfast was really delicious - one of the best I had in hotels so far. I enjoyed the diversity of things offered but especially the taste of them. I realle recommend this hotel for it. Location is also superb, right at the center where you want to be.

Hotel claims to have 4 stars, but I would expect from a 4star hotel to have more facilities and be a bit more luxurious. This seemed more like a nice 3 star hotel.

The hotel is located in a good area. From here you can start walking to any main attraction of Barcelona. I opted for breakfast. It has air conditioning and heating systems. The staff is friendly and open to help you.

I didn't receive slippers and it is needed since the floor is covered with tiles. There is no toilet brush. The breakfast menu is varied but it's the same everyday.

Location was very coinvent to all the main tourist places around the gothic area. Room was nice a big and was spacious with the extra bed. All the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, willing to either call a taxi or recommending places to eat and go to during our stay.

Downside our TV was not working, it seemed that the TV kept cutting in and out. Front desk had attempted to fix it during the stay but still did not work very well during the stay.

Great hotel. Walked in from the street thinking this hotel is gonna be way over my budget. But to my surprise, it was right in my budget. Front desk reception on point nighttime clerk so friendly and helpful and accommodating was absolutely phenomenal. Received the best customer service in all of Spain.

The elevator was small, but I can live with that! I could not think of another bad thing to say about this hotel
