We absolutely loved this place. The location is perfect, the staff are nice helpful and fast to react. The breakfast and quality is really above expectations. I would definitely come back again.

Family room was really comfortable and could fit us all perfectly. Although located in a busy neighborhood, it was quite silent. Love the "good night" service

Missed a pool or spa during winter

You should have told us that the entire square was under construction before we booked hotel. Made it difficult at times to get taxis and Ubers anywhere close to hotel.

The square in front of the building is in construction so no cars can get there. Plus the weather was awful so getting a taxi was a wet nightmare

Very new hotel in the very heart of Madrid with easy walk to every direction. The design is fresh, the facilities are well thought through and as the hotel has its own bakery the breakfast is way above usual standard. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and supportive by offering immediate solution to all our questions.

There is an ongoing renovation in the park right in front of the hotel but which will be completed soon - likely being a great feature in the neighborhood. The room offered less drawers / shelves than anticipated which can be a difficulty for those traveling with more clothes.

Location is great and hotel is very cute, staff are very nice.

The standard room has a tiny open closet with minimal space for clothes. However the suite has a big closet and plenty space.

Location was perfect. Bed was huge and so comfortable! The room size was so great also, lovely decor.

The breakfast was the only thing that let this hotel down! It was so disappointing. It had an open view bakery which was cool and led us to believe that the breakfast would be special, but it really wasn't, and it is certainly not cheap! At the moment there is a lot of roadworks in the square right outside the hotel which is a shame, the taxis can´t get near ..... Also the speaker in the room didn´t work very well - needs to be updated for sure.
