I am a repeat guest of this hotel. Situated along the Golden Mile, the hotel is conveniently 10 minutes in one direction to the Old Town (make sure to visit Churrería Ramon for the churros) and 10 minutes in the opposite direction to Puerto Banus. And the Golden Mile offers a great selection of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Underground parking is available and convenient (at an additional reasonable daily rate) and the garage is spacious (unlike other parking garages in Spain). Pool area is clean and something to be enjoyed.

We've been staying at the property for several summers in a row and I think it's time for a small hotel refresh. The property is slightly dated and the furniture in the room showed wear and tear. We didn't get the daily breakfast option. It would be nice if there was complimentary coffee available in the rooms. But the hotel rate is very reasonable considering the area and location. Cannot complain and will definitely stay at the NH Marbella again.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The room was nice and very clean. The photos displayed online definitely matched what I paid for. I also asked for a room with a shower only, and they accommodated my request.

The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear people moving and sleeping in the adjacent rooms. My friend and I laughed a little too loud and the neighbors started banging on the wall like laughing is a crime. This was my only negative.

Hotel is fresh clean and modern - very hard to find any fault with the facilities

We had booked 4 rooms all with single beds for 11 men - when we arrived we were told we had been given rooms with a double bed. Other rooms were available but the reception staff were not willing to reassign us with paying a supplement ~(for their error!!). Eventually after much hassle they added an extra single bed to each room. Not an ideal solution.

Location worked well. Equidistant between Marbella and Puerto Banus. You could walk 10 minutes to the beach. Room was a good size although the balcony was too small to use. Breakfast was nice. The pool was quiet and warm. Easy to get a sunbed in July with free towels.

Bed was too firm for all of us. Only 2 English (news) channels on the TV. No evening entertainment so there was no atmosphere in the place. You needed to go out every night, which was fine for us.

Warm greeting at check-in and each time entering/leaving the hotel. Comfortable room, powerful shower. The pool area and poolside bar were very good.

The mirror in our bathroom was very hot. I don't know if it was heated or there was something behind the glass but it could be overbearing at times when getting ready. Also there was sometimes a delay in getting drinks/food orders down by the pool. The staff were all very good but sometimes there weren't enough staff for the number of guests at that location

Professional Friendly Service. The front desk staff, porter and maid service were all outstanding! Cleanliness nd location! Night service with free water was a nice touch.

Pool was too cold. Unable to swim when we were there May 17. No chairs on balcony but they did bring us some! A bit pricey. Parking available on the street available for free.

Property was nice and clean, pool facilities are really good, bar, food showers, toilet etc

I booked with a zero cancellation deal which was cheaper than my friends by around £70 who paid extra to be able to cancel up-to 24 hours in advance, that discount was never received, I paid exactly the same as them on arrival. I also went to the effort of pre booking my room so I had a sea/ pool view. I received confirmation that my chosen room was reserved for me and assumed it would speed up check-in. When I arrived the rooms were allocated on arrival and pre booking made zero difference, I had no view at all which was disappointing and a waste of time and effort on my part. Don’t offer the discounts or pre booking facilities if they are not going to be respected by the hotel.

Nice pool, clean rooms, comfy bed. There is a big supermarket 4 mins walking distance, great to buy water or snacks in case you need any.

The wifi quality in the room is very poor, and in the pool area is even worse! And why? Because they offer a premium wifi package to buy! Who does that anymore, in this day and age?! Of course we didn’t buy it, much better to top up our phone’s data package which we can use everywhere. The furniture in our room (delux room) was so old and worn out, that we practically only sat on our bed rather the furniture.

Reception staff attention. Friendly people. Angela was very kind to accommodate our preferences upon arrival, outstanding service and courtesy by her. Aside from Angela we would like to recognize the friendly and prompt housekeeping service staff on the second floor.

Pool area could be improved to be more attractive, e.g. private access without going through reception.

Room was opposite to elevator, but it had and extra door between the sleeping area and the bathroom, so the room was very quiet. Ample parking along the street was available 50 meters from the hotel entrance. Breakfast was very good, you can request a made-to-order an omelette with the ingredients you selected - very nice 😀 10-minute walk to the beach, from there 15 min pleasant stroll to downtown. Good location, if you don't want to stay downtown. The staff was very helpful, whenever we needed something..
