Very nice, clean, comfortable. Very Friendly Staff and great rooftop bar and good food in restaurant. Conve I t to train station and street food.

Didn't like that you had to pay 500 baht to use the pool. The pool belongs to the connecting hotel and they share the rooftop. They do give you a credit for the 500 baht that you can use on the rooftop to buy food and drinks but it forces you to buy it in order to get your money back.

I stayed here with my family during our trip to Bangkok, and we had a great experience! The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. It's close to the BTS station, with a 7-Eleven and several malls nearby. At the end of the street, there’s a fantastic local food area with plenty of delicious and affordable Thai dishes. A great spot to explore authentic flavors without having to go far. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Bedsheets and linens smelled fresh and new, which made us feel right at home. I would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for families!

its location - within a few mins walk to the BTS station, with good and clean massage parlours conveniently located to/back the hotel. It is just a couple of stops away from the main Siam shopping district, and even to the airport rail as well! the added convenience of having a 7/11 located on the ground floor is really a huge bonus as well! Room is pretty standard, overall clean and pretty comfy, a tight squeeze but it's just enough room for 2 adults in my experience! The rooftop bar is pretty nice and snazzy in the night as well, at 29 floors it provides quite a nice view around the area, although drinks were on the more pricey side of things.

Nothing too much really. Buf if I were to nitpick, the gym and pool is payable for Ibis guests, which is understandable given the price per night, but the amenities in the gym is really lacking given that they are going to charge guests to use it.

Fantastic location. Very comfortable. The room was a bit small but has everything you need. Even has a 7-11 shop next door. Just round the corner from a fabulous road with great shopping centres and bars and restaurants and only 20-30 mins to the airport. Every time I return to Bangkok I will stay here. I loved it.

Excellent location near great shopping malls, nice breakfast with a lot of choice,clean rooms, very friendly and helpfull staff. Value for money for such a great location.

Not really a big deal but for a family the room may be a bit small.

The Climate control brings in fresh air at a reasonable rate so the CO2 concentration remains healthy even when the system is set to a high temp. Many buildings in Bangkok are not designed to bring in enough fresh air. It's also common in Bangkok hotels for the plumbing to back up sewer gases and that can lead to serious respiratory problems. Formaldehyde and other health hazards are also common at other local hotels. I stopped going to independent or Thai hotel chains because of very frequent problems like these.

It's expensive for a tiny room

I've stayed at a lot of different hotels over the years in Bangkok, and I have to say, this would be THE MOST convenient location I've ever experienced. It's literally across the road from Emporium which you can use as a thoroughfare to the BTS Station. It will take you no more than 5 minutes to the reach EmQuartier, and you could even walk to the brand new EmSphere mall in less than 10 minutes on foot. The room was great. Spacious, with a couch, mini bar, safe and open closet. The design is well throughout so nothings in your way even with luggage around. The Bathroom was good. Shower was probably the best so far in terms of water pressure, heat and drainage. The toilet was decent, but the sink area could do with a little more bench space to house your toiletries. The lifts were also abundant and fast.

As we booked the Ibis and not the Mercure (but somehow share the same property) we didn't have many facilities on hand. It costs money to use the Gym and Pool, albeit you get it back as credit towards F&B, but I can how the costs can add up if you have a larger group travelling together who wants to use the pool briefly.

great value for money at excellent location

if you are staying at ibis, you no longer have access to the gym and swimming pool which is new. they still have it in June 2022. now its only available for Mercury guests. shame as we booked it hoping to use the pool and were denied access.

Convenient location for shops, restaurants and transportation. Excellent front desk and doormen/driveway staff, clean, modern furnishings and amenities.

Smallest hotel room I've seen outside of Japan, limited space for luggage and clothes, no floor space for exercise, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Weird style shared property with Mercure brand hotel, not a problem, just a little confusing at first. No access to pool and fitness for Ibis guests, Mercure guests are preferred. No acknowledgement or benefits for Booking Genius 3 and multiple repeat Ibis guest.

Front desk, doorman and roomkeeping are all highly professional and friendly. Room has the excellent view.

Room soundproofing is not good enough.
