Convenient for T4 and for T 4 park n ride. Staff great food good. Room clean and quite comfortable.

Only real downside was absurdly high cost of standard drinks, wines, beers..

The room was quiet, as I had requested. The sheets were very comfortable . . . cotton and NOT scratchy (indicating higher quality). Breakfast was nourishing and had healthy hot choices, unlike many "included" breakfasts that are not worth eating. And, unlike in many hotels, I was able to set the thermostat in my room and to change the setting from heat to a/c . . . which means that the room was cool enough for me to be able to sleep. thank you Crowne Plaza for not limiting my heating and cooling choices.

Comfortable bed - had a good night's sleep. Attractive common areas. Good range of amenities in room, including iron. Warm welcome. Room very clean.

It's quite a walk from the underground. Bar food and drinks disappointing. I kept receiving texts asking questions and feedback, which I didn't really want. Member of staff checking room numbers at breakfast was brusque. On a corridor with very few rooms in use, why put two guests in adjoining rooms? Leave at least a couple of empty rooms between them for a quieter night.

Size of room, very good facilities, within it, comfy bed, aircon is easy to operate, big walk in shower, light switches and power facilities easy to access, food in brasserie and breakfast was delicious, TV was easy to use. Ironing board (lightweight and easy to open) , iron, safe, dressing gown, cupboard, suitcase stand, tea, coffee, water all available and I did not hear a plane and the hotel is located right next to the airport terminal.......10 minute walk max.

The WiFi card did not clearly explain how to connect and compulsory requires an account membership Subsequently QR Code could not be used. Brasserie menu could not be found anywhere in the room. Bedside units a bit of a reach. Installed for a larger bed. Instead they should be free standing or wall adjustable. Internal room.... No natural light.....Looking out onto an internal atrium area, Not a big deal just unusual.

Convenient location, only a few minutes walk from Terminal 4. The rooms are clean and have everything that you require for a short stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, everyone had a smile and were quick to ask if we needed any help. Appreciated the communication prior to arrival confirming the stay

Like all hotels close to the airport, beverages and food are on the expensive side. It would be useful to add in the directions to the hotel that the hotel is accessed from the departure level of the airport. We stayed several times at the hotel, when we first arrived we were looking for the air bridge on the lower arrivals hall, it took some time asking around to find out that access was from the departure hall

The hotel is awesome in regards to its proximity to the Heathrow airport, only meters and you find yourself in the departure hall , also the urban restaurant is one of the best restaurants The hotel overall was nice, calm, the staff at the reception were present all the day and night and if you request something they try to bring it to the room themselves. The breakfast was called (Urban), the staff there were exceptional and I consider them one of the best staff I have ever seen in the hotels I have booked over the past 10 years, they were helpful organized, cooperative with each other, watch them while they were cleaning the empty tables beside yours so dedicated and coming and going never resting, oh.. they were amazing (I will mention the names of some of them; Surya, Claudia, Sam....). The room was clean, with a great view, small but good, the bathroom is clean, small also but had all what we wanted, I want to mention the house keeping there, they were wonderful ، never get tired of working, they deserve the housekeepers of the year.

If you're going to terminal 4, this is the best hotel as you can walk with your trolley via link. I did it even 24hrs before to check the weight of my suitcase. They have trolley at reception that can be taken directly to your room, to make it easy for you to take it to the airport. The staff are always polite and willing to help. It is easy to order food via uber eats so you no problem with this. The bed is always comfortable and it is easy to link your Netflix on the TV in the room. Was given complimentary late checkout.

Just this time there were issues with the lifts and the shuttle bus didn't arrive, wasn't reliable and to get an uber to a different terminal (T2) was very expensive although it was only 0.5miles away.

Great location for us at Heathrow Terminal 4, just for overnight before flying out the following day. We actually flew from Terminal 5 but there is a free train between terminals, so was handy being there. Lovely quiet room, very large, clean and comfortable and a lot less expensive than some of the other hotels we stayed at on this trip. Included full English breakfast was good, with all the usual dishes.

Nothing too much to complain about here, maybe checkout time could be extended a little, say from 12.00 to 14.00, as most people staying here are either arriving or leaving Heathrow Airport.

Wonderful, short stay at the airport before leaving after an extended stay in the country. Crowne Plaza was a great place to unwind before the long trip back home. Amenities and transportation were all very close and convenient.

The only issue experienced was during check-in. I had a prepaid booking through booking.com that the front desk was not processing properly, so they initially charged/held an entirely different and much greater amount than I was responsible for on my card. After a brief discussion later in the day, the situation was sorted, though.
