Convenient for T4 and for T 4 park n ride. Staff great food good. Room clean and quite comfortable.

Only real downside was absurdly high cost of standard drinks, wines, beers..

The room was quiet, as I had requested. The sheets were very comfortable . . . cotton and NOT scratchy (indicating higher quality). Breakfast was nourishing and had healthy hot choices, unlike many "included" breakfasts that are not worth eating. And, unlike in many hotels, I was able to set the thermostat in my room and to change the setting from heat to a/c . . . which means that the room was cool enough for me to be able to sleep. thank you Crowne Plaza for not limiting my heating and cooling choices.

The hotel is awesome in regards to its proximity to the Heathrow airport, only meters and you find yourself in the departure hall , also the urban restaurant is one of the best restaurants The hotel overall was nice, calm, the staff at the reception were present all the day and night and if you request something they try to bring it to the room themselves. The breakfast was called (Urban), the staff there were exceptional and I consider them one of the best staff I have ever seen in the hotels I have booked over the past 10 years, they were helpful organized, cooperative with each other, watch them while they were cleaning the empty tables beside yours so dedicated and coming and going never resting, oh.. they were amazing (I will mention the names of some of them; Surya, Claudia, Sam....). The room was clean, with a great view, small but good, the bathroom is clean, small also but had all what we wanted, I want to mention the house keeping there, they were wonderful ، never get tired of working, they deserve the housekeepers of the year.

This hotel was ideally located in Terminal 4 with just a short walk of less than 5 minutes from the lifts that brought you from the rail line. It was all undercover and well sign posted so very easy access. The room was spacious , clean and comfortable and we were very pleased with the quality of the Crown Plaza. In the morning, we caught the free access train retracing our steps back to the rail line to catch our train to Terminal 3 which again was easy and straight forward.

We thought the restaurant had nice food but a bit pricey and be aware a 12 percent service charge is placed on your bill too.

My family and I liked the hotel so much that we will definitely book it again. Let's start with the check in which could not be easier, the staff are stern but helpful , they spare no effort to get you what you want, the reception itself is small but cozy. The hotel is so close to terminal 4 in Heathrow airport, departure level, you can access it by a tunnel, a few minutes and you will be there. Before I review the room, I have to say a few words on the staff in the urban restaurant where we were having breakfast, the staff serving there were amazing , hard working, and spared no effort to have you enjoy your meal, I watched them cleaning a table nearby me, cleaning it carefully not noticing that someone is watching them The elevators are plenty and although the hotel was full, they can accommodate the guests without crowding, the room has a gorgeous view on the Hilton and roads around the hotel, with a side view of the runway (the other room 4046 was not having a view but we haven't requested to change, the room is clean thanks to the house keeping staff who were working tirelessly from room to room, the bathroom is small but nice and clean, but if you can provide it with a shattaf by the toilet it would be awesome. In terms of the value for money, I highly recommend this hotel. The check out did take seconds only, and as I mentioned before that we will definitely come back.

Nothing worth mentioning

Ideal location for catching our morning flight from T4 Heathrow as only short 4 min walk over a link bridge from the hotel. Decent sized room with comfy bed and hot shower. Very quiet inside our bedroom with no noise from other guests or areas of the hotel. Friendly , polite and welcoming staff. The hotel’s own restaurant offered a varied reasonably priced menu and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Would recommend the hotel for an overnight stay before catching a morning flight.

Only small negative point was that there was no outdoor space to sit and have a drink so we just went to the next door hotel and used their bar & outdoor space to catch the last of the evening sun before eating in the restaurant. Also there was only one biscuit offered with the tea/coffee making facilities in our double room with 2 occupants!

This is my go-to hotel for staying close to Heathrow Airport whenever I have an early flight. The rooms are spacious and quiet, the staff are friendly. I was able to check in early after a red-eye flight, which was great.

Although the hotel is technically at Heathrow, connections between the terminals can still take some time. I have used the Elizabeth line and the Piccadilly line in the past to get to T5 in the morning but my last trip ended up being quite stressful due to unexpected delays. In the future, I would probably opt for the shuttle bus instead. The rooms appear very clean on the surface but the cleaning in the bathroom felt a little superficial - I saw some hair and stains around the corners.

This is the third time we have used the Crown Plaza hotel while staying in London. The underground and train station are very close and it is only a 30-40 minutes ride to get to the heart of London. The hotel is clean, the staff are great and the buffet breakfast is amazing.

On this trip we upgraded to the "Club Floor". The staff at the evening reception were amazing but the snacks and appetizers that were offered was not worth the $50 - $60 dollars a night more.

You'd think that being located at Heathrow would mean a great experience and less time needed to catch your flight.... you'd be wrong. Whilst this hotel is in terminal 4, our flight was 07.30 from terminal 5 which means taking the underground in one direction then changing to the train to take you back to T5, in the early morning that means a lot of waiting. Despite leaving our room at 0530, we had to run for our flight. The previous night there was an issue on the Piccadilly line which meant changing to the Elizabeth line that is not integrated with the underground system. In my view you're better off staying in Hounslow - maybe at the travelodge, especially if your flight out is from T5, that's what I'll be doing next time.

Very Happy with stay here. Number one advantage is it so close to terminal check in.. (5 min walk). We used it as a base location after flying across from europe. We travelled back into London via the underground (Elizabeth Line) which was also easily accessed from Crowne plaza... Staying here overnight takes all the stress out of getting to airport for a mid morning long haul international flight departure. Along with location to terminal and train to London. the hotel is clean, staff attentive with large rooms.

No issues and will definately stay here again for Heathrow departures.
