Very nice services and the friendly staff made the impressive travel. Especially I would like to say thank you, to the staff ~ S. Tohyama さん. As we have an incident need to communicate with the car rental, without too many experience in communication with Japanese, her kindly helping solve our problem. I have to say the Japanese style breakfast is so wonderful and delicious that deeps in our hearts. Thank you very much for the service.

We had a good weekend at Kawaguchiko Park Hotel. Friendly staff. Good facilities. We enjoyed the hot springs and massage chairs. The twin room was spacious for the 2 of us. We even had a view of Mt Fuji from our windows, including in the shower! We booked breakfast at the hotel, and that was one of the highlights of the stay. A feast of multiple dishes set out at our table. They made sure we had different dishes each day. The location is close to the lake and within walking distance to the Ropeway and the station.

It is a little far from the train station, about 15min walk. But this was a nice walk. The hotel has complimentary shuttle to the station in the morning, and offers pick up from the station in the afternoon.

What a lovely hotel – three stars but definitely deserves more. Our room was a traditional Japanese Ryokan with tatami flooring and three futons. We had a fabulous view of Mount Fuji from our bedroom window with clear skies for each of the four nights we stayed here. The hotel is a short drive to the Fujikawaguchiko ropeway and within walking distance of surrounding restaurants, convenience stores, a supermarket, etc. The team of staff at Kawaguchiko Park is super-friendly and helpful. Two of the guys washed down our car one morning after some Autumn leaves had falled on top of it. We used the open-air Onsen each of the four evenings we were there, it’s calm, clean and beautiful. There are also two massage chairs that proved very popular with my daughters – provided for free. Japanese breakfast at the Kawaguchiko Park Hotel was a beautiful experience – very traditional items all laid out carefully for us on our table. We had no idea what most of them were but there was plenty to eat to start each of our days. Thank you to the team at Kawaguchiko Park Hotel – we loved staying with you and hope to return one day.

Nice four story hotel. The hot springs area that is separated for men and women was a nice bonus. For Japan, the staff was a little nicer than average and their English was a little better than average. I forgot something at checkout and the shuttle bus did an extra trip fo us.

Excellent service from the staff! On one night the toilet in my room got a bit clogged, and the staff (old guy) who was in charge immediately fixed it! Next day, we were waiting at the lobby while it's raining and the staff offered us umbrella to bring. They also provide free shuttle bus ride to Kawaguchiko station from 9 AM - 10 AM but you have to let them know the day before. This hotel also have onsen, make sure you give it a try when staying. For the location, closest bus stops are number 3 (near Ogino supermarket) and 5 (Kawaguchiko herb hall)

About onsen tax, I think they should've informed us from the moment we check in, not when checking out.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the Japanese style breakfast. The onsen was very relaxing (was my first experience). The yukata and slippers gave us a wonderful Japanese experience.

The hotel was great, as well as the staff. The first day Mt. Fuji hid behind the rain clouds all day. The hotel has no control of the weather. The next day was bright, clear and sunny after the morning fog quickly burned off. We had a wonderful time exploring Lake Kawaguchiko in the light rain and especially the next day in the sun. Fuji-san in his glory was better than expected.

Location is around 15 to 20 mins walking distance to Kawaguchiko Station, around ¥800 if take taxi. Great breakfast and nice spring. Our room can see Mt. FUJI, but including big emergency iron ladder in view.

Our family has 4 members, which 1 toilet and 1 shower need to take time to use one by one. After setting 4 futons, not much spacing left in the room. Futons are difficult for elderly, not recommended for elderly.

The dinner meal is absolutely delicious but you need to make a booking beforehand so message the hotel first and they will give you 2 meal set types. The payment for the dinner is paid when checking out. The onsen was soothing and coupled with the massage chair and free non-alcoholic beverages it was a relaxing experience. The staff were so friendly to us and was accommodating to our needs, they even send us off when it was our last day so Kawaguchiko Park Hotel is fantastic in every way. Thank you

This was our first time in Japan hence I have no baseline for reference. I would think the breakfast was traditional in my context and my family and I were very pleased with the experience and service rendered during breakfast. Overall, the place was great and met my family needs.

Massage chair was close a smoking area and unfortunately during the session I had to smell smoking odour thru the nearby door
