everything was amazing. japanese villa / cottage was beautiful and superb! gives off a good ryokan feel without having to pay for a high price. villa has ample space. our villa could fit 6 adults and 2 childs comfortably. outdoor hot bath was an added welcome. the reception lady was super amazing. she allowed us to store our luggages before check in and after check out. she also helped to call taxis for our group of 12 travellers (counted our luggages to make sure they could fit in the taxis). she made sure the taxis arrived on time and managed the process with us, (at some point standing under the light rain herself).

none. though we would prefer if clearer written instructioms were given on how to operate the heater in villa. villa was quite cold at night (esp the lower floors where our beds were situated), when the temp outside dipped around 9 degrees celsius.

The outdoor spa was lovely. It’s not big but two people can just fit. The villa was large enough to have space for yourself and there were shops and restaurants nearby. It felt like a private sanctuary. They provided kimonos which was very nice. The reception was very nice.

There were no laundry facilities which you would probably expect in a self contained villa. The pillows were not that comfortable and given there was a spa, a couple of extra towels would have been great.

Spacious, very clean, lots of attention to detail. Would replace our towels and even the bathroom mat daily. Warm, can control AC/heater easily and also has underfloor heating. Comfy futons, pillow is a bit hard but I think that’s just the Japanese style. Was fine to sleep on. Outdoor bath was lovely to relax in after a long day exploring. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house, warm and lots of space. We had the property at the end and couldn’t believe our luck when we saw the view of Mount Fuji from the patio! We loved the smell of the wood when you walk through the door. The staff were absolutely lovely.

Very nice property. Easy access to station and activities. Very spacious. Loved the outdoor private bath.

The pillows are very hard. It’s like they’re made of little plastic pellets.

The location is very convenient. Near the bus stop and near kawaguchiko station. I love the private hot bath. My family and I love the look of the airbnb. The host was beyond sweet and friendly. Thank you for holding our luggages for us!

Big, comfortable space for 5 people. Private onsen is fantastic although didn't have fuji view. Staff was very friendly and it's located near the lake and a bus stop. 10 minute walk from the station.

Amazing value for money - spacious and comfortable place with memorable outdoor bath. Very clean and easy to check in. Nearby to lots of Mt.Fuji sights.

Some more kitchen utensils would have been useful.

- Air condition flow is not reach in inner bedroom of lower floor - Bed pillows are not comfortable - Suggest adding air purifiers in house

Beautiful spacious house..very good beds...very nice staff at reception...and the private onsen is THE BEST. Looks small but 2 adults fit in.
