The rooms were much more spacious than other accommodations. There was a kitchenette, refrigerator, a big couch, washing machine, etc. - it's pretty much like a well-equipped condo unit. The rooms looked just like in the pictures so I have pretty much no complaints about it. There was an elevator for the second floor rooms too. Although the accommodation can be considered far away from the train station, there were 2 bus stations that were like a 5-7 minute walk away so it's all good. We were traveling with my 70+ year old parents, and we made it work just fine. We did have to take taxis on our way home, and it's a hassle to explain the address to taxi drivers as the place was not as well known and the alleyway going towards the accommodation was very narrow, but other than that, the location was fine.

My only major complaint was the shower. For the entire stay (8 nights, 9 days), 2 of 3 occupants had to take showers with cold water even if the settings for warm water were turned on. The water heater / boiler was not working. We stayed there during autumn, and it was really difficult for us to take showers with ice-cold water.

We had no problems with check-in, even though everything is done without staff. The apartment was huge (at least by Japanese standards), with three large, comfortable beds and a sofa. The bathroom was also beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The washing machine was definitely an added bonus. The location is great, although a little far from the center, but that didn't bother us.

I would only wish for a clothes drying rack on the balcony, as there is no place to dry clothes in the apartment.

It's an appartement equippement with everything. it was really good experience. The location is also very good, close to the airport, close to the metro station. I recommande. Very good depite my bad comment.

there was some dust here and there behind the sofa, in plastic plants and the covers were not very clean. This bothers me now because I'm travelling with a baby who loves to crawl everywhere.

I like that it was in a quiet neighbourhood, probably because of the numerous temples surrounding the property. Our room had 2 double beds and a single bed, which was spacious enough for 5. A washing machine is available in the room, and some pots, pans, and cups are available to use. Check-in was easy and seamless.

The property didn't have parking but there are numerous paid parking around at a reasonable rate.

The location was great! Right off the expressway, and a short 5-10 minute walk from a handful of shrines. Check-in was unique but not difficult and once that was completed it was smooth sailing. Parking is a bit of a challenge. There are plenty of low cost parking options within a few minutes walk but they are full during the day. After business hours though, I had no problems finding a spot for the night.

Hotel parking would be nice but other than that I have no complaints.

The room was big enough for a family of four. It's a family-friendly property with essential facilities such as a fridge, microwave, etc. The bed was big, so the children slept well. The neighbour is so quiet and peaceful.

The location is somewhere in the middle. It's the city's heart, but it's a bit challenging to walk to the centre on sizzling days. The automatic front door kept opening, letting the mosquitos in, which we didn't like most.

We liked the beds and the shower. Location was in a quiet area so we could open the windows and let in fresh air.

There was no dryer or drying rack. We had to hang all the laundry in the bathroom on hangers and put on a kind of dryer there which was not very practical as we also needed to have showers. All the explanations are in Japanese making it difficult to understand for international travellers. In the end we couldn’t get the cooker to work and there was nobody who could explain it to us as this was an unmanned appartement. It would have been good to have a manual of some sorts in English.

Location. After they email the directions and codes, the check in process was very easy Great value for the price as the space was very spacious even for a family of eight.

No onsite parking, we had to park around the neighborhood.

The price is quite cheap. The place is in a quiet location. Close to a 24-hour supermarket, anyone who is a driving trip is very suitable.

The location is quite far from the train station. Or the bus stop may be because my trip has many elderly people. But if it's a young teenager, this shouldn't be a problem.

Well located overall. Good price for the value.

No staff so really long check in process on camera while we were tired so not ideal and would have been complicated for older generation to complete
