Decent size family room on a property with not too many rooms. Spacious enough for a short stay. Easy to check in

Stairs for the second floor, narrow with no lift access, manageable to get our suitcases upstairs. Not a whole lot of room as not feasible to store anything up in the loft, too annoying to put under the living/tatami space. No fly screen on the windows, too many mosquitoes to open for fresh air, air con was great though. Incredibly tiny bathroom.

didnt know it was an unmanned hotel and has a hard time during check in as i opt for cash payment but manage to call operator and can speak english. he showed me the way to bank in money and to process check in. would like to complain a bit that before check in, i sent a few messages on booking.com message to property but was never replied. i informed i wanted to pay cash as there was also cash payment option on website. but was never replied. if my message was replied and informed that cash is not allowed, i would have done credit card payment or bank in cash beforehand to ensure smooth check in. it was a rainy day that day and i had to get out and look for deposit ATM to bank in

Location — it’s close to train and bus stations as well as convenience stores

Reusable cups were very limited. It was only one pillow per guest plus no place to store your luggage after checking out and waiting for the flight

Nice room, well equipped , close to center and station- walkable. Tatami is thin , but if you put two on top it is ok. You have to do the bed yourself. Very nice location, there is store and ramen shop next street .

They make you pay tax , even if the booking says that it is included in the price. No other property in Japan did not so that. It is very not sound proof, so you hear everybody in the house. One early morning came lady with kids - I think cleaning staff- and the kid woke us all. There is no staff there. For check out , you have to do it on tablet in room , and ours was empty , so very frustrating if you are leaving in hurry. Right in front of our window was smoking area , so we could not have open window at all.

Location is good. Best value for money. The room is big comparing to other Japanese hotel. All facilities and amenities are new. The room also comes with kitchenette.

Check-in is very painful. Very late check-in and very early check-out. Warning, it is an un-manned hotel. Only virtual receptionist to call who can't help you with anything. We arrived early, but the hotel doesn't offer any luggage storage. I travelled with an elderly mother, almost 80 years old. It was a nightmare to walk all the way back to Hakata Station with slow walking mother and 3 luggages. (Taxi is very hard to hail on that location either.) No taxi booking service. Imagine, you are in a non-english speaking country and try to arrange a taxi for your early morning flight. I had to get up extra early and walked all the way to Hakata Station to call a taxi and come back for my elderly mother. We paid for taxi between hotel and Hakata Station everyday. If you travel with elderly or little kids, this hotel is not your choice. They should have informed us that it's the un-manned hotel and no additional service whatsoever included.

The room was clean and had plenty of amenities. Although there is no staff at the property, check in is simple and quick if you fill out the form sent to you beforehand.

I did not have a good night sleep due to the constant noise around me from other guests. The walls seem to have no sound insulation.
