The room was gorgeous and spacious, and the public bath was very nice as well, especially the outdoor tub.

Restaurant is reservation only which is unfortunate. I tired to go out for dinner one night and couldn't find anywhere nearby that wasn't full or closed so I went back to the hotel and was told I couldn't eat there even though I was staying there.

The interior decoration and room layout are great, very comfortable and spacious room, and equipped with a kitchenette. The common areas are also stylishly decorated and has a modern minimalist vibe. The onsen is small but good.

The breakfast arrangement was not ideal. Breakfast is served from 6.30-9am, and we were told that 8am is the peak hour. We tried to make reservation for our breakfast the previous night but the staff said we could just walk in. A few other groups/ couples turned up around 8am and the restaurant was full, and everyone had to wait at the lobby for more than 20mins for a table. Then it was a bit of a rush to finish the meal, and they were not refilling items already around 8.45am. Would have been better if they extended breakfast service to 9.30-10am so guests won’t have to be there all around the same time given the limitation of seats in the restaurant.

My partner and I have been staying at Blisstia Hakone regularly, and it has become one of our favorite getaways. Every visit feels like a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the modern design creates a stylish yet cozy environment. We love that the rooms are spacious and designed more like apartments, offering all the comforts of home with the luxury of a hotel. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities make each stay special. Whether enjoying a quiet evening indoors or exploring the beautiful surroundings of Hakone, we always leave feeling refreshed and looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend Blisstia Hakone to anyone seeking a serene, comfortable, and stylish retreat.

The facilities and rooms are very new. Extremely spacious and immaculately clean. It was so clean that I didn't even see a a single speck of dust. The location is excellent, it's right next to a bus stop so travelling to other areas in Hakone is very easy. The bus also goes all the way to Odawara. Across the street is a 7/11 that is open 24 hours. There are also some nice local restaurants in the area. The wifi was stable with very high data bandwidth speeds over 200mb. The TV was newer model and it has apps like YouTube and Netflix. The room had a washer/dryer for laundry, which I didn't know how to use as the buttons were in Japanese, but the front desk staff helped me with it. If you need laundry detergent, it only costs 100 yen from the front desk. The breakfast was a nice buffet of food. The entire staff at the hotel were very respectful and professional and really do their best to help. My stay here was well beyond expectations.

Beautiful, modern, clean space. I wish I could have stayed more nights. Hotel is near bus stop and right in front of 7/11. Friendly staff! Very happy with this property.

Gorgeous luxurious property and rooms, far exceeded my expectations! I got a room with a private onsen and half board. Contemporary japanese design but not a traditional ryokan.

The onsen in our room was extremely hot we could barely use it which was super disappointing, especially spending double the amount from a regular room. We complained several times during our stay, but one girl barely understood English and they kept saying they fixed it but it was always scorching hot. Breakfast and dinner were ok, I would have preferred to have a traditional kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast

I like the lobby and the outdoor patio seating. I enjoyed my dessert sitting there with the fire pit. Very relaxing. Although the breakfast buffet wasn't having a huge variety, all dishes were good quality food and could feel that they were dessently prepared. The corn soup was so good. Nice ambience. The room is huge. Love the sectional sofa. They provided everything you need for personal care. Complete Skincare and haircare products.

The location is not convenient if you don't drive. There are busses go to Gotemba. It does have a 7-11 across the street.

A beautiful, new, modern facility. Fully non smoking, great indoor and outdoor bath, nice quality and variety at breakfast. Peaceful and relaxing. Room was gigantic. Loved the kitchenette and ability to borrow cookware and dishes, etc.

I read that some people weren’t aware that cookware and dishes were available. Staff may want to more actively convey this to visitors. I stayed 3 nights and loved it. Breakfast menu options were the same each day. Some people may not like this but it was very plentiful in my opinion.

The facilities here were amazing. I have stayed at ultra luxury hotels in Kyoto and even if I compare it to those places, it was superb. The room was very large and my partner and I could open both our suitcases at the same time. They gave us a welcome drink in the form of a house made juice bottle - it was so refreshing and delicious. Very close to a nearby Japanese convenience store which made meals and cash out very easy. Very close to a bus stop - 2 minutes walk! Very close to delicious restaurants!

The actual road leading to this place is very mountainous so make sure you get off at the correct bus stop!

The room is huge. Huge closet compare in Japan's typical hotel. A small kitchen which I didn't get a chance to use. Huge balcony. Huge living room with Huge sectional sofa. Absolutely exceed my expectations. Beautiful and stylish lobby. A nice patio with fire pit to relax at night. They provided everything you need in the bathroom including skin care and hair care. Nice onsen. Breakfast quality and staff service are 5 stars.

Everything was excellent. The only thing was a little confusing was to find the main door to get in. I arrived after dark. So it was hard to find the main entrance. However, it was a tasteful main entrance and lobby. Not the most convenient location if you take public bus.
