Great location in interesting little side street and lovely spacious room. Good beds and bed linen. Great bathroom area and nice to be able to open up to a balcony to let in fresh air. Very comfortable space with a wardrobe and space for luggage. Lovely little restaurant across the road which seated only about 12 people ….need to book. Such a nice room to come home to …a very good experience. Thank you.

Self check in took us a while and was a bit unclear with identifying which buttons to press for the doors. Could’ve provided some coffee and tea bags as found in most hotels in Japan.

My stay at the hotel in Kyoto was excellent. The neighborhood was convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. The accessible amenities and thoughtful resources provided made the stay even more enjoyable. A wonderful hotel for anyone visiting Kyoto!

Location was good, plenty of food and shoping options in the area. Felt a bit more traditional than many hotels with the futon beds and low chairs on the floor.

Like most Japanese rooms it was not enormous. But compared to many, it was quite spacious. The lift was quite small so it took a couple of trips to get our bags and family up to our room.

Clean; walkable to subway; quite spacious for a Japan accommodation stay; easy to check in; able to store luggage for free after 1pm; love the bathroom; USB charging points near the bed

No staff assistance, though customer service is quite prompt to reply; no housekeeping throughout the stay, ok for a few days, but will be inconvenient if stay more than 3 days, only 2 hangers per pax which are quite limited; will be good if the bin in the toilet is bigger; having issues to use the kettle as it keep tripping.

It’s a large, very nice, semi traditional room. Comfortable bed, bathroom, and seating area. The location is not that bad, close to convenient stores in a quiet neighborhood

The check in process is a bit confusing in the beginning, although fortunately, we’ve done some online registration before arrival (which makes things easier). There is no one in the reception area and it’s hard to call if there’s anything urgent, but the property is very responsive via chat

A very sleek and modern accommodation that we’ll surely book again if we revisit Kyoto! The location had quite a local ambiance and had shops & restaurants around. The amenities were great and everything worked well. We had more than enough space for a family of four. We also like to walk around the area and had an amazing dinner at the steak restaurant right across the street!

Very convenient serviced apartment close enough to the bustle but in quiet street, no fuss, easy to come and go, excellent bathroom facilities, reasonably spacious.

The only slightly annoying thing was the door opening code pad was temperamental and often took several minutes to get to function properly.

A stylish, comfortable room which has an authentic Japanese feel to it. Exceptionally clean. Great area of Kyoto to stay, an easy walk to Kyoto station and the main food areas, busy still in a very peaceful and quiet area. Absolutely fell in love with Kyoto here <3 the only issue we had was we didn’t know what to do with all our rubbish as we were staying for a decent while.

The room was very big and comfortable. Especially the bathroom is very nice since it includes a large bath tub.

At first I thought self check-in would be very nice, but it turned out quite inconvenient since I had to send my luggage from another city. Also, the location is not that convenient.

Very convenient location and clean and nicely furnished accomodation. Spacious and very comfortable bathroom. Great flair with tatami flooring and an area to sit and have tea.

The check-in process was a little unconventional, but manageable. A little bit dark during daytime, but you will probably spend that outside in Kyoto anyways.
