Value for money, near to train station, near to convenient store and shops

We didn’t like some of the staff attitude when talking to us not sure if it’s because of the language but some of them can speak english but you can see from their guesture and you can feel if you are welcome or not.

Clean and staff was easy to approach

The room a liitle bit small and the pillow was hard.

It was very clean, quiet and there were a lot of amenities. There is a shampoo bar where you can choose from around 10 pairs of shampoo and conditioner. Super creative and a fun idea. Also free drinks (hot & cold) are available in the lobby on 2nd floor. Very nice service. We got new towels every day and they also provide toothbrushes, bathrobes and other stuff The rooms are small but for the price it's amazing and we just needed a bed to fall into after a long day of exploring Osaka. The placement is great if you arrive from KIX airport and take the airport express to Namba station you only have a 10 minutes walk or take a taxi for help with the luggage. Would definetely stay here again.

Honestly there was nothing about the hotel I didn't like.

Location was great! it was a walking distance to Namba station, Dotonbori, Shinsekai. There's a 7-11 downstairs which was great! Many restaurants and near shopping areas. The room was bigger than usual in Japan, we even have a massage chair in our room. There's unlimited drinks in the lounge for guests. It's value for money. One of the few hotels that accept 3 people in one room.

The bed was hard as compared to the beds we had in Tokyo. The staff is nice but not all are good in ENglish. There was once when the alarm went off but the announcements were in Japanese. We had to go to the reception to ask what the alarm was about and we were told it's false alarm.

We loved b/fast provided by Hillary Hotel Osaka. Location : Superb (walking distance only from Takashimaya-Nankai Line Main Train station). Room Rate : Cheaper Much Better. Service Staff Provided : Very Good. Room Condition : Double BedRoom comes with 1 x Sofa bed. Much Better than My First Time Stayed (2016). Facility Provided : Thumbs Up to Hillary Hotel Osaka especially on the Beverage Bar 24/7 Service Provided. We sincerely thanks for this service as it is one of the Bonus point for Hotel line and Really Important as a Chill hub for in house guests at late night time.

The only thing that Hillary Hotel Osaka seriously need to improve is the Lobby's sofa seats; they are all really in a very bad condition, totally run out of shape. They should change immediately to NEW sofa. Its really spoil the whole hotel's image.

The hotel came with a drink bar on the 2nd floor, which is the lobby area. It has two washers and three dryers. Easy check out, just drop your card in there. You can also choose a wide variety of shampoo and conditioner by the drink bar area. If you can read Japanese, you can also read a selection of manga that they have by the drink bar, either if you just want to relax in the lobby area or while waiting for your clothes to dry. Their lobby has plenty of seats for you to accommodate yourself with. Also, smoking area is just right outside the building. If you get in through Anna's Coffee and see the elevator, there's another door that leads outside and that's where the smoking area is. Also, it's in Denden Town, which is pretty much the anime town. It's also a close walk to nearby bars, shops, and restaurants. It's also convenient to have 7eleven right there so you can grab a quick bite when you're on the way somewhere or when you're feeling like taking a snack during the night. 7eleven also is the only convenience store that has ATM that works with most foreign cards. If you didn't have breakfast with your booking, you can purchase breakfast tickets on the lobby. Their breakfast selection was plenty enough, much better than your typical American continental breakfast for a hotel that is easy on your wallet! To add, even if they have a plethora of bath stuff in the lobby, they still have body soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided inside your room. Also other Toiletries such as a brush, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairdryer, etc.

It may be a close walk for some but 15min walk to the nearest station can be a hassle sometimes, especially depending on how much you are in a rush for or how much your fitness level is. The bed is pretty stiff as well and the pillows aren't the best either. Breakfast area has limited seating and you are timed for about 30min during your time there. Bathroom is very small, just so you're aware.

I really like the branded variety of shampoo and conditioner that I have a hard time of choosing.😁I appreciate that they have free coffee, juice and other drinks. They have sleeping clothes and toiletries. You can also leave your luggage at the lobby before checking in and after checking out. I love their breakfast, they have different delicious food. I also appreciate the restaurant (the woman) staff who came to talk to us and told us to hail a taxi in front as there are plenty. I love that the employees of the hotel are all accommodating. I will stay here again in the future. Thank you for an excellent customer service.

A bit far by walk to and from the train station.

- The Japanese breakfast was a highlight of our stay! From hearty miso soup, udon noodles, and rice to tamagoyaki, fish, pickles, and more, every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. - The drinks bar and shampoo bar were such a nice touch, adding convenience and variety to our stay. - Coin-laundy is only 100 yen. - The property’s great—just a short walk to Namba and Dotonbori, making it easy to explore Osaka’s vibrant heart.

- The rooms are quite small, which can be challenging if you have large luggage.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love the hotel because of its location. it’s located at Den Den town (anime lover). Hotel is in between 2 stations, Nankai and Ebisucho 5 mins walk to Nankai Namba station, takes you directly to the airport. (Use East exit for Nankai, Exit 5 for Metro) 1 km walk to Kizu and kuromon markets. Room is clean. Breakfast was great and valuable. Free drink available.
