The view was honestly the best thing ever. I stayed up late because I couldn’t say goodbye to the view. Stared at it for five hours. The staff was kind and professional. Luggage was stored the next day. The room was large, especially for a Japanese hotel. The Hibiya line was quite close. The bed was large too.

There was tons of dust in many places. Especially a little high up, in the air vents, on top of the paintings etc. Like, a layer of it, clearly visible. Toilet could also be cleaner. You could tell people used to smoke in there from the smell and discoloration of the carpet, chairs, lampshades etc. It feels like stepping into a time capsule, the rooms haven’t been touched since the early nineties. Fun, but a bit sad as well.

Great location

We stayed 2 nights we had to move rooms (our mix up on booking mistake on dates.) .2nd room was quite dated even though on the same floor . Expensive for what it was really. Needs a freshen up ,especially where served breakfast , peeling wall paper & paint ,very disappointing only 2 choices for breakfast Japanese or American both not great .

Rooms were a good size. Very quite. Bus just across the road for Tokyo station

Did not have a buffet breakfast and dinner was too expensive. However there was a wonderful sushi shop next door and many restaurants 5 minute walk in the direction of the local train station

We love everything except the location. If you are traveling with elder people this is not for u.

The location. We have to walk ard 500-600m to the nearest subway. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel but I am not sure if its efficient. Please check your itinerary

Good location, close to subway. Great views in 2 directions. Very spacious room. The clothes line in the bathroom was very helpful.

plug-ins for charging devices could have been more convenient (a function no doubt of the age of the building)

Location, staff, breakfast restaurant breathless view, room at 33rd floor with river view, you can't ask for something more

Maybe a bit old style but this is the beauty of it

We had a river view room, and the view was phenomenal. The room size is much more generous than the typical hotel in Tokyo. The staff member who assisted us to book a taxi to the airport was also extremely kind and helpful. Having two convenience stores in the adjacent building was also very helpful.

A few minor inconveniences are that the rooms are a little dated and did not have usb charging points, which have been in every other accommodation we've been in. There was also no self operated communal laundry facility, only a pay per item service. The corridors were a little warm given they opened to an atrium with a skylight - the heatwave didn't help.

The hotel is situated in a quiet part of Tokyo, maybe 1km from the busy Ginza shopping district, but with a completely different feel. It is located within an international hospital complex, with restaurants and the ever-ready 7-Eleven there . The room was incredibly spacious, especially for this city, and the furnishings modern.all “accessories” were provided, unlike some other properties. (Coffee, creamer, bath sponge replenished daily as needed). Staff always friendly and helpful. When language was a barrier, they would use phone translator. The view over the river was impressive.Metro stations were accessible a couple of blocks each way. I stayed 5 days and it was a perfect home away from home.

Nothing.
