-The location was very close to the station, the diverse malls were close, and it was very quiet and amazing. -The staff were extremely friendly and understanding. -The balcony was on the sea. -The AC works whether it was summer or winter, which we didn't find in other hotels.

-The furniture and bathroom were outdated.

I love how central it is to get any is a train ride away, and the disney shuttles were so handy. The room was okay. Would like more movie options or the option to buy movies. The staff really do try and look after non-Japanese speakers, and overall very polite.

The staff were 50/50, which is a shame, but I find some of the high-class hotels. You'll find someone who looks down upon you for something small. For example, for some reason, my bus didn't finalise for the disney Sea like it did for disneyland, and I was treated like a moron and told to really make sure to book it. I don't hold it against them but it always happens at high end places

AMAZING! This property had everything. English speaking staff with great customer service. Smooth check in with a complimentary snack and drink station. It was super close to the train station, taxis are waiting right out front and it’s walking distance to 2 huge malls. The hotel sits right along the ocean and has breath taking views of Tokyo skyline and the famous Rainbow bridge. Rooms are spacious compared to others in Tokyo and have all the needed amenities. We especially enjoyed the fitness center and spa area. For a small fee you can enjoy the spa which has a large indoor heated pool, indoor jacuzzi, outdoor hot spring, steam room and sauna. Great breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of Western and Japanese foods.

The Hilton Tokyo Odaibo is a little bit a way from downtown Tokyo but suited us very well as we were leaving on a cruise. It was also very close to the Rinkai Line which was a short trip into Ginza. We had a teppanyaki meal in the restaurant that was sensational.

Check-in was a bit disorganised, but didn't take too long. We had a coffee in the lobby restaurant that took way too long. There seemed to be a very distinct division of duties water pourers, order takers, order deliveries and payment processors all sticking to their area of responsibility; lots of people running around, but no one looking after customers.

The Buffet was terrific, and the variety was great. I love the attention to detail in all the stations and the cleanliness of the items. The food tasted delicious. The rooms were made perfectly, the view was spectacular, the toiletry amenities were great, and the beds were comfortable. Oh, and the train station is 3 minutes away!

I noticed the Hotel is very busy. Therefore, there is some visible wear and tear. In the lobby, the upholstered chairs are soiled on the arms and seats, and the carpet in the hallways is stained. These are minor details, but Japan and Hilton are very detailed, so I was surprised to see so many discrepancies.

We arrived early in the morning as we came at the end of a cruise. The staff member in reception was extremely helpful arranging our luggage storage and giving us advice and suggestions on where we could catch a water taxi to Senso ji. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a fabulous view over the bay. The hotel is located in a lovely area with great transport links into the city.

GREAT LOCATION , PLEASANT OUTLOOK , SHOPS , BEAUTIFUL PARK AND BEACH PLUS WALKING TRACK ALONG THE BEACH , SCENIC VIEW FROM THE ROOM, BREAKFAST CHOICES GOOD , LARGE ROOM AND NICE BATHROOM . ALL STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL WHEN REQUIRED.

THE BATHROOM HAD A BATH WHICH WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR AN OLDER PERSON TO ACCESS IN AND OUT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER WITH A MORE MODERN WALK-IN SHOWER RECESS. OVERALL THE INTERIOR IS IN NEED OF UPGRADING .

Lovely rooms with a good view. They also had Incredible staff - very friendly and well spoken. The location was excellent for public transport and exploring. Very close to shops, landmarks, and plenty to do in the area.

Room was not well suited to a family of 4, despite being told it would be. We were very cramped and the beds took up the entire room except for one skinny walkway. The additional services like spa, pool and onsen were also very expensive ($40 AUD per person, per visit, in the case of the pool).

Oh my, so far I haven't seen such a top level of service in any other hotel in Japan, brilliant communication, super helpful and extremely polite staff. I took King Premium Executive room specifically to enjoy the Rainbow bridge view and I wasn't disappointed. The view is absolutely stunning, better than I expected. The room is huge and quite stylish, clean, pleasant colors of interior. We get a late check out for free and also staff kindly welcomed our request to keep our luggage for a few hours while we had a walk in the area. It's good that there is a taxi always waiting near the enterance so we don't have a mess with booking a car or waste time waiting.

The interior looks a bit old, like from 2000, although it seems they try to renovate it from time to time. The floor and carpet do not look good, there are many marks and spots, definitely need to be cleaned properly or replaced. The bath could be bigger.
