Hotel was gorgeous and clean, a little older but well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful. Beds were firm as is pretty standard in Tokyo however I found them quite comfortable. The amenities in the rooms were great. Wifi worked great. We had no issues or complaints. Location wise had handy supermarket, bakeries, convenience stores ect all just a short walk away or even attached to the hotel. The train station was a little walk away but still not far less than 10 mins and it was a nice walk to see the area and locals. My daughter also enjoyed the cool park just down the road. I would happily stay here again.

Super convenient in many ways - the hotel offers free shuttle bus services to the nearby metro station during morning hours and also to the Disney resort. This was great for us. The hotel is surrounded by many shops - supermarket right next to it, drug stores, different sorts of places to eat and coffee places - just very convenient.

It’s a large scale hotel - perhaps because of that we can’t expect anything personalised and we found the hotel not really flexible - for instance, we stayed there for about 10 days in total but they didn’t allow us even one hour of late check out (we were asked to pay extra just for one hour .. after staying there for 10 days). I was actually surprised. If you get a room with a view of the Sky Tree it’s really nice, but we were placed in a room without the view - as we were staying rather long, we asked for a room with better view - the hotel said it wasn’t possible. This was a pity.

Staff were friendly and allowed us to store luggage prior to check in which was very helpful. All staff spoke English and were able to arrange taxis and assist with luggage where possible. Very helpful. The staff also loaned me umbrellas when raining. Short walk to 7-11 and underground station made travelling easy. Taxis available readily.

A minor issue with the booking (for 1 person rather than 2) caused a bit of confusion - I paid additional for my partner (no issue with this) but a breakfast ticket could not be issued which seemed odd to me. It was explained but just seemed like strict adherence to rules rather than being a bit more laissez-faire.

I love the location of the property, a lot of things are in walking distance like convenience stores. The staff were incredibly friendly, helped us send our luggage forward and did all the paperwork for us which we are so grateful for! The breakfast was great, a lot of options for everyone. The price for our stay was also excellent, I would class this as a luxury hotel in comparison to other places I’ve stayed in within Tokyo. It was great, we had 3 people in a room and the room was spacious. The views of the city and sky tree were incredible, truly miss this place and will definitely come back here again!!

I would say the AC could’ve been stronger for how hot Tokyo can get.

The hotel was very nice. We moved around Japan and this was our 4th hotel we stayed at. We were here for 6 nights. They allowed us to drop our luggage off a few days early before we went to Kyoto and when we checked in they had it waiting for us in our room. The hotel was quiet. The complimentary Disney shuttles were a huge help and you can book a shuttle to the airport as well but it's ¥1,000 per person but that's a great savings compared to a taxi. Kids might have been less but it was only my husband and I so I didn't pay attention. The room was pretty large, clean and the shower pressure was amazing. I loved the little coffee shop that's located right outside of the hotel (down the escalator).

My bed was not super comfortable and I swear it leaned a little but it was doable and I slept fine. Breakfast there was a bit pricey so we either stopped at the coffee shop outside of the hotel or we walked across the street to the little Cafe. No laundry on site and it costs a fortune to have them do it. There is a laundry mat about an 8 minute walk away.

The hotel offers a well-maintained and clean environment, making for a pleasant stay. The amenities provided are excellent, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable experience. There is a courtesy bus to DisneySea and Disneyland, as well as a limousine bus to the airport, which is a big advantage for us. The breakfast buffet is very good, with plenty of choices.

The train station is a bit too far to reach on foot, and the main tourist area is located on the other side of the city. While the room was clean, it felt a little cramped due to the addition of an extra bed. There wasn’t much space to move around or comfortably open our luggage.

The magnificent view of the metropolis from true Edo. The Hotel is part of the Koto-Ku Municipal complex. Opposite the Mayoral Office it’s surrounded by interesting social infrastructure including a stadium. Details easily overlooked in passing. The hotel’s auditoriums are important cultural facilities for complex local ceremonial occasions. As a tourist these are treasured glimpses of a rarified sliver of Tokyo life.

Fuji view rooms must be somewhere in that building. Is the Skytree view a sleight of hand to keep us from the real prize? I’ll update my findings next time I stay.

There’s a lot to like about this hotel. The location of the hotel, which is not far from Toyocho station, makes travelling easy. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to Toyocho station at certain times in the morning, which is very helpful and convenient. The limousine bus from Haneda & Narita also send and pick up passengers from the hotel. This makes travelling to the airport hassle free especially when it’s time to depart with lots of luggage. The bus trip takes 30-45min. If you take the monorail, it may take up to an hour. There are lots of eateries/restaurants just next to the hotel. There’s even a Summit supermarket about 1-2min walk from the hotel. This is our first trip to Tokyo and I have heard a lot about very small hotel rooms in Tokyo, so I was expecting the worst. We were pleasantly surprised the room for 2 persons in this hotel were quite spacious. Our rooms were clean , modern looking & do not smell. The hotel also provides little things such as a spray to deodorise your shoes & socks, something I did not see in other hotels that I have stayed before in other countries. There is also 2 ice-cube making machine & microwave oven at level 5 ! The staff are friendly & some can speak/understand English quite well.

However, our 3 children had a harder time as their room for 3 persons is the same size as our room. The room for 3 could be a bit bigger. It would also be good if the hotel provides disposable forks & spoons.

The hotel is well placed with good transport links to the main hubs of Tokyo with Toyocho station a short walk away (the hotel also offers a free shuttle to the station and Shin-Kiba). The rooms are large with big windows for some lovely views over the city. The cleaning staff are fantastic and the rooms are kept very clean and tidy by them. The reception staff and bell captain are very helpful and speak good English. The hotel is situated in an area with a few good restaurants and some convenient stores (Family Mart, Create and Summit Stores) so you can easily grab any items you would need. (The hotel does provide decent amenities though like toothbrush, razors, etc).

The lounge in the lobby is more like a cafe, rather than an open area to sit. Would've been nice to sit in there with the ambience from the fountain without the need to spend extra money on food and drinks. Only one side of the bed had a table and a plug socket to charge our phones, it would be nice to have more sockets and a secondary bedside table.

We stayed here twice during our trip to Japan. Both rooms were a good size, with all the facilities we needed and spotlessly clean. The hotel is right next to a shopping area with a big supermarket and bakery/cafe. The Sazanka restaurant on the 21st floor of the hotel is very nice with a fantastic view of Tokyo. The local area feels very safe and relaxed.

The only improvement we can think of would be a coin operated laundry in the hotel. However, there was a good laundry at the World Neighbors building (with a cafe) about a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
