This was a fantastic hotel.. It was the quietest hotel room we have ever stayed in and very luxurious. Yes it is not a big room and the bed is against the wall however we pushed it out just enough to allow you to walk beside it so this was a game changer. The staff are excellent and so very helpful. I had a drama with the laundry and they were incredibly attentive and gave me so much help. Having a washing machine is such a treat too. We loved the location and enjoyed the Station restaurants and the ease of walking to the Imperial Palace. Make sure you get a Suica card on your phone as it makes the train travel so easy. We had no idea that it was so easy to download into your wallet in your iPhone.. in the Transit card section. Then you just tap on and off with no need to buy tickets…We loved all the great Japanese restaurants close by and if you need a change then the Italian restaurant up the escalator on the Yaesu Central Exit just opp the entrance to Damarui is superb and has amazing pasta and @ great view off the station comings and goings. It is called Osteria I’ll Viaggio … delicious and very well priced.

It is a great shame that the bar is closed until 5 pm as it is a gorgeous space with a great view. It really should operate at all times to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy a coffee or drink.

Japan is expansive and commuting can take a big part out of your travel day. So staying near a central place like Tokyo Station is a great choice to commute to airport, Ginza, Shibuya as these are all direct train accessible from Tokyo Station and a few stops away. Likewise getting from/to Osaka, Kyoto etc via Shinkansen is easy as this is the place to go for those trains. So location is a huge plus for this hotel. Rooms are well maintained and services efficiently. Has great views of Tokyo station especially from Tenqoo restaurant (where breakfast is served). To note: 1) breakfast buffet is 3600Y per person and does not have many choices for veg beyond cereals/bread/fruits 2) rooms are small but manageable. 3) Also if you take a bus from Narita to Tokyo station the buses stop right in front of this hotel

Awesome central hotel with incredible views of the city (you have to remember to open your window shades to see...!) The main lobby is on the 27th floor of the building, so all of the rooms are on even higher floors, giving you these magnificent views. I would say the best thing about the hotel is its proximity to Tokyo Station - it's just outside the Nihonbashi Exit [it's essential to note this because finding the hotel is a challenge for a first-time visitor!], so you can take the Narita Express train from the Airport and not have to make any more transfer to get to your hotel. This is incredibly convenient in a huge city like Tokyo, especially if you are planning on taking the JR Shinkansen to surrounding cities, as most train lines are accessible from this station. The hotel is also very clean and has wonderful amenities and service, providing you with most toiletries that you can think of.

The rooms and bedding are very clean, but there was sometimes a bit of a musty smell as if there had been water somewhere around...

So amazing to walk a few yards out of Tokyo Station and check in! The hotel was everything we needed for a comfortable night after a long, long flight. So many great places to eat within walking distance too. The lobby is stunning and the staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. Not much room for our three suitcases in our triple room, but hey, it’s Tokyo. And the views are amazing.

Located very close to Tokyo station, this hotel provides incredible views, clean and comfortable rooms, and serves as an excellent home base for any long term stay in Tokyo. The hotel lobby is accessible by exiting Tokyo station using the Nihonbashi Exit (NE side of the station), entering the Sapia Tower, and taking the elevators to the 27th floor. Our room was located on the 31st floor and offered tremendous views towards the North and East. A Bellmart Kiosk convienence store is located at the Nihonbashi Exit, which made getting snacks, drinks, etc. easy when returning to the hotel from the station. Tokyo station itself is gigantic, and has numerous shops and restaurants. Be prepared to wait in lines to be seated at restaurants or even entering stores due to the amount of people!

Tokyo station is massive, and it can be confusing to navigate to the hotel if you are arriving by train. One source of confusion is that the West side exits of the station are named "Marunouchi", the same as this hotel. However, this hotel is actually located on the North East side of the station. Make sure to look for the "Yaesu North Gate/Exit", "Yaesu North Underground Gate/Exit" or "Nihonbashi Gate/Exit" signs. From the two "Yaesu" exits, proceed North and you will reach the Nihonbashi Exit.

Great location next to Tokyo station and excellent facilities. Very helpful staff. Clean.

Relatively minir... room small and one side of bed up against wall. Only one English channel on TV.... NHK World

The location was very convenient to sightsee, eat and shop. Close to the Imperial Palace, Marunouchi area for eating and shopping, walking distance to the Ginza area, and right next to Tokyo Station complex which has eating and shopping options as well. I chose this hotel not only for the above, but because it was a major Shinkansen stop to travel outside of the Tokyo area.

Our room did not have a view and was on a lower floor. If I recall, the window view was another concrete wall and other rooms. I guess the plus to this is that we were rarely in our rooms, but to sleep.

Great location with City and Tokyo Train Station View. Right next door to Tokyo station was so convenient and quick access to Starbucks was a plus. Hotel was very quiet, staff was always available, clean and modrern/well appointed furnishings. Breakfast was delicious and hotel accommodated to hold our luggage for later pick up after we checked out. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Room was a bit small and cramped and bathroom could use a little upgrade but functioned fine. We didn't ask for cleaning service so we assumed we would automatically receive a new set of towels and more toiletries (like all the other hotels we stayed at during our trip) to be delivered to our door but we didn't. The lounge for drinks had a hard stop of closing at 10pm and I was asked to quickly finish my drink by 9:50pm and was not allowed to bring my drink to my room. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Location is fantastic - only 10 m of open air between Tokyo Station Nihobashi exit and the hotel Ground floor entrance. Also, the food hall inside Tokyo station is right downstairs. Very convenient. The view is superb - Our room (and I believe most rooms of the hotel) has a fantastic view of the train lines coming out of Tokyo. Since it's high up at 30F, the view is breathtaking to say the least.

The size is a little small. there is no space for a proper chair. Walk to Airport bus or Narita Express is long. The bus stop from Narita is right at the door of the hotel, but the bus to Narita is at Yaesu South Exit , that's like 400m away. The same to Narita Express - it's at the south side of Tokyo station, it's a long walk but all flat and easy to roll the luggage.

The best hotel room I booked and I never regretted upgrading to the corner room! We have the best city and tokyo station view at the 32nd floor it was amazing at night!!🥰 we even have a shower view hahaha! My family loved it and I’m a fond of hotel views. After few days we were in Osaka I finally felt we are really in Japan looking at this views!😆 It’s a bit tricky finding the hotel and lobby but I did my research so it was easy for us to find the Nihonbashi exit (not the Marunochi) arriving by Shinkansen from tokyo station. The hotel is at the left hand side if you exit the station and look for Sapia Tower, go directly to the 27th floor which is the lobby. They have a restaurant but we only ordered the in-room breakfast which is also nice but be sure to follow the instructions in the TV as you need to order this a night before. They have Netflix and youtube so my son is well entertain at night, there’s a nearby minimart just beside the station as well as a starbucks on top of the family mart plus all the restaurants and shops are under tokyo station subs so you cannot be hungry!😁 The king bed is suited for the 3 of us with an 8yr old. All the amenities are free even for the child. The room and toilet is clean and they also clean it everyday. The size of the room is spacious as we have a small sofa and office table. And aside from the view the best thing about this hotel is the location as it’s just few steps from the Tokyo station and we maximized using the metro subs while in Tokyo.

It’s really minor I think I missed the heated toilet seat when we are in Osaka and the sink is a bit smaller for us, even if we’re Asians you need to bend a little more to use the toilet sink. Otherwise I cannot think of anything I didn’t like😊
