love the space enough space for a family of 4 to move around, we have 4 large , 4 small luggages and 1 wheel chair that able. very convenient to grocery and 7/11 . i booked this place bec its 2 blocks away from the international hospital , just in case for emergency. 13 min walk from tsukiji market , and another 13 min walk to ginza from tsukiji . place is a functional apartment complete from. kitchen utensils to washing machine , laundry hangers . i love the bathroom space compared to regular japanese bathrooms . highly recommend this place especially for families

The room is spacious for family of 3. Love there is a washing machine inside the shower area (clothing is perfectly dry for a 2 in 1 washer). Laundry detergent is provided . There is many eatery nearby, even 24 hrs udon shop (very affordable). Supermarket across the street and other smaller supermarket as well as 7/11 nearby .

The nearest metro doesn’t have an elevator so you need to carry the luggages. The nearest exit 7 is not the best. Use exit 5 which is better , lesser stair, just need to cross the traffic light (better than climbing stair) or use hatchobori instead

Excellent location close to 2 underground lines and walking distance to others with access to Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Akihabra, Roppongi, Ginza, etc. Quiet residential area. Close to several small super markets. On the Hibyia line which which has a stop at the Ueno train station which has a connection to the Skyliner train to Narita airport (very convenient). Comfortable and spacious apartment (for 2 but you could fit in 3 without too much trouble). Kitchen, fridge, cooking pans and utensils, table, small oven and stove - not that we had time to do any cooking.

Took a bit of time to work out how to program the washing machine (all instructions in Kanji) but the staff were very helpful and showed me what buttons to press etc. Went very well after that.

Great location. A lot of travel options nearby and plenty of restaurants/convenience stores. Room 'normal' Tokyo size, but a bit weird layout. We were a family of 4 (2 boys 8 & 15). They had the bunk beds (we had to make up the lower bed ourselves).

The lift/room code system is just plain annoying. They'd get 5 stars if it were a conventional swipe / IC card entry system.

The futon beds was great, and the room was spacious and comfy. Although it takes about 20-30 mins by train to the city but the metro is just 5 mins walk to the apartment.

The reception staff was the most welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered. They seemed genuine and friendly. It’s always nice to see a staff that is welcoming. They were extremely helpful when one of my uber eats wasn’t completely delivered. They called the restaurant on my behalf and helped immensely. I will stay at this hotel again on the future. I would advise though on maybe getting softer beds and pillows. I like a firm bed but this was too firm and pillows should be soft.

I guess hotel rooms located in Ginza can be smaller, compared to the rest other hotels in other neighbourhoods. The little kitchen facilities were good and we had sufficient things to prepare meals. Close to 2 convenience stores to buy a few things for meals/snacks. Short walk from stations.

Location was a little too quiet for us. When we arrived and checked in, we just wanted to eat somewhere nice and close that would accept young children (4yo and 6yo). Some of the other hotels we stayed at in Japan always had a recommendation list of what is around and good to eat for young families. When I asked the hotel staff if they had anything they could suggest, it was nothing. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel, and we had to make sure that we always ate dinner OUTSIDE before coming home to rest because there was limited restaurants/cafes near the hotel that suited us. The alternative was to purchase small things to cook with from the convenience stores/mini supermarkets.

This apartment can fit my family of 5. Have proper dining table. Separated toilet and bathroom is helpful especially so many of us. Washer/dryer within the unit definitely very helpful. 2 mini supermarket nearby. Many eateries along the way to Tsukiji Subway station.

There is no elevator to exit 7 of Shintomicho station. Have to walk to another exit. Room price not cheap.

Exceeded our expectations, the lobby smells nice and is comfortable. The location is strategic, close to the station, many restaurants, and convenience stores. The facilities are very complete. Love this property and where it's located! Walkable to Tsukiji outer markets, Ginza shopping district and at least 3 if not more train stations! Stayed here 2 separate occasions during our trip and would def come back again! Staff were all so patient with our kids, teaching them how to make origami and even gave them a bunch of paper to practice with. got nothing bad to say about this place!!
