Amazing hotel, right in the heart of Ginza. Very big rooms (especially for Tokyo), super comfortable, luxury feeling. Staff all over the place, great in helping you, lovely work done by conceige with booking restaurants, etc.

The only comment I have is their pricing strategy on booking. You have a price but small print ads 25% to the price. It is the "+ taxes" part. Normally that includes tourist tax (small amount) or so. In their care it includes 10% sales tax plus something called "service charge" at 15%. So a total of 25% on top of the price. I feel sales tax and "service charge" should be included in the initially displayed price. Surprised that a hotel of this level, belonging to a major chain, does something dirty like this. Surprised booking allows this.

The hotel is amazing. It’s beautiful, super clean and luxurious. The location is perfect, in Ginza, surrounded by shops, restaurants and transport. The best part about this hotel is the staff. From the front door to the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping teams and everyone else. They are all so friendly, helpful and make you feel like a princess. Breakfast is delicious, beautiful restaurant, cozy and lot’s of options. Loved it!

An exceptional stay in the heart of Ginza; unbeatable in terms of location. You’re right in the centre of it all, with world-class shopping, dining, and culture just steps away. The breakfast was outstanding, served in a beautiful, serene setting. After a day of exploring Tokyo, I loved unwinding with a different cocktail each evening at the elegant Punch Room. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff—they are exceptional. Warm, intuitive, and always greeting you by name, they made me feel genuinely cared for. The concierge service was phenomenal; no request was too much, and every recommendation was spot-on. A wonderful bonus was complimentary access to the spa facilities at their sister property—a luxurious touch that elevated the experience even further. And don’t miss the high tea—it’s absolutely spectacular. This was, without a doubt, my best stay in Tokyo. I can’t wait to return.

The Tokyo Edition Ginza has the warmest, most attentive staff and hotel manager I've ever met and its not only on our first day but all throughout our 4 night stay. ALL of them has the sincere smile and accommodating attitude to hotel guests. On top of it, the twin room we booked was very spacious and has a relaxing vibe that makes you feel at home after a whole day of walking/touring/shopping. We appreciated the complimentary delicious welcome fruit- sweet and crunchy bunch of Muscat grapes which was available just at the right time when we all need that sweet healthy quick fix. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily breakfast and tried almost all the food offerings in the menu. 4 nights at the Edition was just perfect and made our Japan family trip more memorable and relaxed.

I found the scent of the Le Labo toiletries (shampoo, body wash) quite strong and heavy leaning towards masculine in terms of scent. Although I appreciate the use of a niche brand for their toiletries but I felt a bit sneezy when I inhale the scent. Other family members are okay with the scent though.

Excellent service from all the staff. We were always greeted with a smile and asked about our day. Breakfast options were excellent and delicious! Concierge was also amazing in helping us in making reservations for dinner. Only wish would be a spa in the hotel! Highly recommend and would return again :)

The location is great. Fantastic breakfast of good produce. Their Concierge team were extremely helpful and lovely.

Some staff, perhaps too young, lacks better English and common sense. Their bathrooms are too dark. Not good for females when they make up.

The room lacks some basic features and amenities like Towel hooks or a towel rail or a bench for bags and suitcases. I think here it is design over practicality

The hotel location is amazing, staff is super, rooms are impecable, super clean. The only thing I disliked is the gym, too small, no treadmills, not enough equipment. Overall stay was amazing.

Amazing hotel! Details make this hotel a gem in the middle of the Ginza area... Minutes away from wonderful restaurants and street food, to the widest range of Tokyo's best shopping experiences!

Hotel staff is very polite and has service-minded. Location is very convenient. Room is quiet and nice to sleep.

Price is a little bit too expensive.
