Room was clean, everything worked.

Breakfast could be improved by including more Western style foods such as cheeses, boiled eggs, more bread options. Very crowded. While the rooms were very clean the entrance doorway was quite dirty giving an unrepresentative first inpression.

Next to a station, around a 15 min walk to a JR Station, nearby convenience stores. The room I booked was definitely bigger than others I have stayed in.

To be fair, it was my fault for picking a hotel near HND while my flights are at NRT. Besides that, it takes basically an hour to get anywhere within central Tokyo, so if u want to go somewhere you feel the need to stay there until u r done as it trips both ways take an hour. The room gets cleaned everyday if you put up their cleaning sign but I see small marks/stains on walls and bed. There are also no washer/dryer units which seems weird considering the price of the hotel being more costly than those with...

Nice modern hotel with a couple of negatives. Air conditioning instructions were only on Japanese and despite using Google Translate and fiddling with the control unit for ages we only managed to get a soft overnight air flow which was not pleasant in 30° heat. Too late at night to call anyone about it. Dark hairs found on the carpet and in the bathroom (not ours!). Restaurant was more like a canteen. Not a particularly pleasant breakfast with dozens of school kids getting ready for their day, although the food was fine.

The room was spacious and soundproof. I liked that the hotel provided a Nespresso machine in the room. The location directly opposite the Omorikaigen station meant easy access to everywhere in Tokyo, especially the return trip to narita airport on the Keikyu line, for half the price of the Narita Express. The suica card can be used for easy tap on and off for trains, buses, and monorail. Breakfasts had great variety but were very crowded at peak times. Reception staff was helpful and friendly. I'd definitely book this hotel again.

If you're in a hurry in the morning, you'll need to allow time to queue for breakfasts

The location, cleanliness and value exceeded my expectations. The staff was super helpful since I didn't speak any Japanese at all. In addition, the facility itself was super clean and felt very high end. I also didn't realize how much was around the area. There's a mall (Atre mall) at the Omori station that's only a 15 min from the hotel. This was perfect for my last minute souvenir shopping. (This is in addition to Family Mart and station right across the street which was beyond convenient). This also happened to be the cheapest hotel I stayed in during my visit to Japan. I stayed in 3 hotels total and this was the greatest value. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here for it's cleanliness and proximity to the tourist sights

Location was fantastic opposite a train station (omorikaigan). The rooms were cleaned each day if requested and the staff were lovely. The rooms were a good size and the bath and shower were lovely. My son got really sick whilst there and went to hospital and the lady at the over night counter was FANTASTIC she was so helpful and supportive.

The only thing I didn’t like was one of the male staff at the counter was quite rude when we left our luggage when we first arrived and had a bit of a tantrum when we added a bag last minute.

When you book online, you never know what you’ll get. This was an excellent hotel. Great location right across the street from the subway and7-Eleven. The breakfast was outstanding as was the entire staff. I could’ve stayed closer to Tokyo but chose this and I’m glad I did. I actually stayed an extra day and very likely will stay here again when I fly home next month. Thank you!

I ate breakfast early before the crowd and there’s really nothing more you can do, but the configuration for the buffet is very awkward and cumbersome, but I’m sure you know that.

Very close to Tokyo Metropolitan Rte 316, so if you’re driving the city center can be avoided. Hotel provides paid parking at ¥2200 per night. Just across the street is Omori Kaigan Station, a few konbini near by and halal restaurants 3 blocks away. A few nice attractions near by like the Shinagawa aquarium and an obstacle park. Check-in was smooth, and there are a lot of tourists. Explains why the rooms has 3 single beds. Room was neat and clean, and faces the east that we could see planes taking off from the nearby Haneda airport. Toilet has a conventional bath and shower with really good pressure. WC comes with washlet. The floor we were on had a vending and ice machine. Very convenient. Breakfast was great! I would say ‘Muslim friendly’, food were properly labelled and the cold soba was great! Really wished the karaage was halal because it looked really good! And, they provide takeout cups for coffee and that made my day!

Nothing much. Would have been nice had the bath been the more conventional Japanese ofuro.

Very close to Haneda airport but still close to a JR station for JR Pass users. Shinagawa station is very close. The breakfast was really great as you could experience a traditional japanese breakfast.

Third time staying there and it’s a great location to access Tokyo. Lovely area of restaurants and bars and across the road from OmoriKaigan train station which is only a few stops to Shinagawa and the Tokyo JR train network If you are coming into Haneda it is especially quick and easy to get to. Just change trains at Kamala. From Narita you change at Shinagawa for the Keikyu line They do a lovely buffet breakfast and there is a Family Mart store next door for all your snacks, drinks and essentials
